DryLINK Xact Analysis Integration

XactAnalysis® Integration:
1. To register XactAnalysis® integration, go to the XactAnalysis webគេហទំព័រ https://xactanalysis.com/and log in with your credentials to see the XactAnalysis Home page
2. Now, go to the Administration on the top right and click on Company Admin
3. Click on Company Admin from the dropdown menu and make a note the Account Id and theXactNet® Address. These values will be needed to register the DryLINK-XactAnalysis® integration.
4. Enabling the DryLINK – XactAnalysis integration:
Open the DryLINK web គេហទំព័រ https://useDryLINK.com/. Click on the Settings option in the upper right of the screen. Within the Settings view, click on Integrations tab and a list of the available DryLINK integrations will be displayed. Finally, click on the Register button for the XactAnalysis integration.
5. Enter the Account or Company Id and XactNet Address obtained previously and click on the Register button. Now, observe the XactAnalysis integration is enabled.
6. Sending the jobs from XactAnalysis to DryLINK:
Step-1: Setup to export the jobs to DryLINK:
Step-2: Click on Administration dropdown and select the Company Setup & Export to enable the export of jobs to DryLINK.
As you see in the above screenshot, there are two types of export
1. Manual—The user can open any job and click on “Export to DryLINK” to send the job to DryLINK.2.Auto- No, need to export every job, every job entered in XactAnalysis will be automatically sent to DryLINK.
Select the Export type as Manual or Auto and click on Save button.
Step-3: Now, click on Assignments from the top navigation bar, and click on In Progress, to go to current assignments.
Step-4: Now, from the list of assignments(jobs) click on the job (to see the job details) that will be exported to DryLINK.
Step-5: Click on Select Action drop down in the Detail summary section and select “Export to Company DryLINK” and click on “GO” button
Step-6: An acknowledgement saying the job is exported to DryLINK will show up as shown below.
Click on “Okay” button to complete the export.
7. Verifying the exported job in the DryLINK app:
Now, open the DryLINK web កម្មវិធីនៅ https://usedrylink.com or the DryLINK mobile app and you should see the exported job momentarily.
Verifying the Drying log web report link in the XactAnalysis webគេហទំព័រ៖
If the DryLINK company has a subscription for DryLINK reports or if they are in a report free trial period, the link to the DryLINK report for the job will appear in the XactAnalysis notes section of the claim.
Open the XactAnalysis assignment corresponding to the job that has been exported to DryLINK , go to Assignment Detail page and click on the “Notes” button. There you will see the DryLINK report link.
Copy the DryLINK report link and paste it in any browser to see the DryLINK web report in the browser for the exported job from XactAnalysis.
Enabling/Disabling integration from DryLINK side:
To enable/disable the integration from DryLINK, click on the Disable button in the below screenshot And Click OK on the confirmation pop-up to disable the integration.
Click on Disable button on the confirmation pop up to disable the integration.
When integration is disabled, the jobs from XactAnalysis web site will not come to DryLINK.
Enabling XactAnalysis Integration:
- Go to the DryLINK website and click on the Settings option.
- Click on Integrations tab and select XactAnalysis integration.
- Enter Account or Company Id and XactNet Address, then click Register.
Sending Jobs to DryLINK:
- Set up job export preferences in Administration > Company Setup & Export.
- Select Manual or Auto export type and save settings.
- Navigate to Assignments, select the job to export, and choose Export to Company DryLINK.
- Confirm job export and verify in the DryLINK app.
Verifying Job Export:
- Open DryLINK app or webគេហទំព័រទៅ view the exported job.
- Access the DryLINK report link in XactAnalysis notes for detailed reports.
Enabling/Disabling Integration:
- To disable integration from DryLINK, click Disable and confirm.
- Disabled integration stops job transfers from XactAnalysis to DryLINK.
