Product Usage Instructions:
App Installation:
Android users:
- Download the Smartlink App on your Android device.
iOS users:
- Download the Smartlink App on your iOS device.
App Registration:
- Open the Smartlink App on your device.
- Tap Register to create an App account.
- Agree to the Terms of Use.
- Fill in the required user information.
Add Lock (to become administrator):
- Tap Locks on the bottom menu bar.
- Press HOLD OPEN and PRIVACY mode button on the lock for 5
seconds until the green light flashes. - Press the + icon on the screen within one minute after the
green light flashes. - Pair with the door lock by entering the lock information or
scanning the QR Code.

1. Tap “Locks” on the bottom menu bar.

2. Press the “HOLD OPEN” and “PRIVACY” mode button for 5 seconds until the green light flashes 2 times and 2 short beeps sound to enter the door lock setting.
3. Then, press the “+” icon on the screen
(Note: this step should be done within one minuteafter the green light starts flashing)
CAUTION!
DO NOT LOSE IT! Please keep this Card in a safe place!
Please download and use the SMARTLINK mobile app and scan the QR Code to activate the lock

*This card is only used during first time installation or when a lock reset is needed.
4. Pair with door lock. The door lock will appear above. Tap on the door lock icon.
(Note: If the door lock icon does not appear on the App screen, repeat from step 2 again)
5. Enter the door lock information
a. Enter door lock ID or scan the QR Code found on the activation card. (Note: If you do not have the activation card, please refer to the installation instructions and use the ID & QR Code label on the inside of the door lock)
b. Enter door lock name
6. Reset card information, waiting to complete.

7. Door lock setting completed (door will be locked after pairing is succussed).

Add card (Applicable to products with RFID functions only)
1. Tap “Add card” from the shortcut
2. Tap “Next” after entering the card name.
3. Tap “Next” after turning on the switch on right side of the lock.
4. Tap “Confirm” after authorization period setting is completed.
5. Read card information on any iF+ 6. Connect to door lock lock. Choose one of the locks after door lock is searched.
7. Hold the card close to the door lock
8. After all card readings are successful (cards can be read continuously), tap “Complete”
9. Please synchronize authorization at each door lock.
(Note: door locks which are not synchronized cannot be unlocked)
10.Tap “Done” after adding successfully (authorized card can be used to unlock)

Delete Card (Applicable to products with RFID functions only)
1. Tap “Users” on the bottom menu bar

6. Please synchronize authorization at each door lock.
(Note: door locks which are not Synchronized cannot be deleted)
7. A list of door locks that need to be synchronized appears and is synchronized automatically.
8. Tap “Done” after all door locks synchronized (deleted cards cannot be used for unlock).

Note
“HOLD OPEN” mode can be activated again after it is deactivated, or release the HOLD OPEN mode by pressing the “HOLD OPEN” button on the lock for about 5 seconds.

Note
PRIVACY mode cannot be deactivated by App. Press the “PRIVACY” button on the lock for about 5 seconds to deactivate PRIVACY mode. Turn the inside lever to deactivate if inside lever is available.

Delete lock (need to be close by to delete door lock)
Note
After deleting the door lock, the administrator and all users will not be able to unlock it. All data including historical records and lock authorizations on the door lock will be deleted and cannot be restored. To ensure that the door is accessible after the lock deletion, make sure the door is open before deleting the door and operate close to the door lock.
