How do I re-sync the remote:

• How do I re-sync the remote if it does not switch a Remote control Outlet ON or OFF?
• Only plug one Remote control Outlet into a properly grounded outlet at a time.
• Long press the button on the remote control socket for 3 seconds; after that, the indicator light on the remote control socket will remain lit continuously.
• Press the NO button on the remote control until the LED indicator on the remote socket blinks, and press ON/OFF to control the remote socket.
• Note that you may have to replace the 23A, Pressing down on the clips on either side will allow you to pull out the battery tray to access the 12V battery inside the remote control.
