Product Usage Instructions
1. Determine Installation Location
Before starting, use Drawing 1 to determine the place where you
want the safe to be installed. Ensure there is at least 30 cm of
space between the safe and any corners, the end of the wall, floor,
and ceiling.
2. Installation Method A or B
Choose between installation method A or B as described above.
See Drawing 2 for more details.
3. Installation Steps
- Draw the drill holes on the wall as per the instructions.
- Install the safe using the chosen installation method A or
B. - Place the rings and bolts inside the safe on the wire end [4x] and tighten firmly.
4. Optional Rain Cap Installation
To keep rain out, place the rain cap on top of the safe. Ensure
the top of the box is grease-free and use mounting glue such as
Zwaluw High Tack to secure the cap firmly in place.
5. Maintenance
Regularly check whether the drainage holes on the bottom of your
KeySecurityBox are open and ensure all bolts are still solid and in
place. Treat for possible rust as needed.

You have chosen either the KSB 101 (with the deposit wheel on the left) or the 102 (with the deposit wheel on the right). Both are intended for installation against a wall. As described below, there are two ways to do this.
You will need the following for installation (not included)
· Flexible steel rule · Pen/pencil · Level · Hammer drill with drill · Spanner and/or socket wrench · Anchor bolts or key bolts (installation A) · Screw studs plus bolts (installation B)
A – With anchor bolts or key bolts. These are suitable for installation in solid materials such as concrete, hard stone and hard natural stone (maximum M10).
B – With screw studs through the wall. If the wall consists of a porous type of stone or any other non-solid construction material, drill holes through the wall and then install the safe using screw studs on which you install the wall installation plate on the inside using rings and bolts.

Place the rain cap to keep the rain out. Make the top of the box grease-free and apply a mounting glue such as Zwaluw High Tack and place the cap and press it so that it fits firmly.
Maintenance
