LED Status Overview
The LED indicators on the keyboard provide important visual feedback about its status. The Power Indicator shows the charging status. When the keyboard is charging, the LED glows static red, and when it is fully charged, it changes to static green, signaling that the battery is complete.
For connectivity, the Bluetooth / 2.4 GHz Indicator reflects the status of the wireless modes. If the keyboard is reconnecting to a previously paired device, the LED blinks quickly. When successfully paired, the light turns off, while during pairing mode, it blinks slowly, indicating that the keyboard is ready to connect.
The Caps Lock Indicator provides information about the Caps Lock function. When Caps Lock is enabled, the LED displays a static white light. If Caps Lock is disabled, the light remains off, ensuring clarity about the current state.
Charging Function Description
To charge the keyboard, connect the cable to a USB port on your computer or charger and plug the other end into the keyboard’s port. During charging, the Power Indicator will glow red. Once the keyboard is fully charged, which typically takes around five hours, the indicator will turn green to signal completion. The Keychron keyboard is compatible with all USB ports; however, for optimal performance, it is recommended to use a 5V 1A adapter or USB 3.0. The keyboard supports a 5V charging voltage and 1A charging current. Users are advised to ensure proper charging to avoid issues caused by incorrect power sources.
