DE Bedienungsanleitung Wiegebalken-Set (Art. 291365, 291366)

1. Allgemeines
Die vorliegende Bedienungsanleitung enthält Gebrauchs- und Sicherheitshinweise. Bitte lesen Sie die Anweisungen sorgfältig durch und beachten Sie die angeführten Vorschriften und Hinweise, bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen. Bedienungsanleitung zum späteren Gebrauch aufbewahren!

2. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Waage dient zur Anzeige eines Gewichtssignals, welches von zugehörigen Wiegebalken erfasst wird. Auf den Wiegebalken wird ein Wiegekäfig oder eine Wiegeplattform angebracht, um Tiere bis 1500 kg zu wiegen.

3. Sicherheitshinweise
VORSICHT! Bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch besteht die Gefahr von Körperverletzungen und Materialschäden!
· Die Waage umfasst keine vom Benutzer zu wartenden Komponenten und darf nur von autorisiertem und qualifiziertem Fachpersonal installiert bzw. gewartet werden. Lassen Sie das Gehäuse geschlossen.
· Die Wiegebalken und Anzeigeeinheit nicht über längere Zeit extremer Hitze oder Kälte aussetzen. Die Waage in einer trockenen Umgebung bei Temperaturen zwischen +5 und +35 °C benutzen und aufbewahren.
· Elektronische Waagen sind Präzisionsinstrumente. Nicht in der Nähe von Mobiltelefonen, Radios, Computern oder anderen elektronischen Geräten benutzen, die Funkfrequenzen ausstrahlen und Messwerte destabilisieren könnten.
· Wenn die Waage einige Zeit nicht verwendet wird, reinigen Sie sie und bewahren Sie sie im trockenen Zustand auf. · Bevor Sie die Waage nach längerer Lagerung verwenden, stellen Sie sicher, dass der interne Akku vollständig aufgeladen ist. · Der Akku muss spätestens nach drei Monaten wieder aufgeladen werden. Verwenden Sie zum Aufladen des Akkus ausschließlich das
mitgelieferte Ladekabel aus dem Lieferumfang! · Beenden Sie den Aufladevorgang des Akkus, wenn der Akku ausreichend geladen ist, spätestens jedoch nach 24 Stunden! · Entnehmen Sie den Akku nicht aus dem Gehäuse. · Vor dem Einschalten der Waage sämtliche Gewichte und Gegenstände von der Wiegeplattform entfernen. · Alle zu wiegenden Gegenstände sollten in der Mitte der Plattform platziert werden, um ein genaues Wiegeergebnis sicherzustellen. Ge-
genstände dürfen nicht über die Plattform hinausragen. · Die auf der Waage aufgebrachte Last darf die maximale Wägekapazität der Waage nicht überschreiten. · Das Wiegegut sollte nach dem Wiegevorgang nicht länger auf der Waage bleiben, da sich das Ausgangssignal der Wägezellen ändern
und es zu Messungenauigkeiten führen kann. · Wiegebalken und Plattform auf einer ebenen und vibrationsfreien Fläche platzieren. · Die Füße der Wiegezellen so justieren, dass diese an allen vier Punkten auf dem Boden aufliegen. Achten Sie auf einen sicheren Stand der
Waage, insbesondere wenn lebendige Tiere gewogen werden.

7. Vorbereitung und Aufstellen des Wiegesets
· Stellen Sie die Wiegebalken auf eine feste, ebene Fläche. · Achten Sie bei der Auswahl des Aufstellungsorts darauf, dass kein Wasser direkt in das Innere der Wiegebalken einlaufen kann,
und vermeiden Sie direkte Sonneneinstrahlung. · Stellen Sie eine Plattform (z.B. Wiegestand) auf die Wiegebalken. Achten Sie auf eine ausreichende Sicherung gegen Verrutschen,
insbesondere wenn Sie lebende Tiere wiegen. · Schließen Sie beide Wiegebalken an die Anzeigeeinheit an. Um eine einwandfreie Funktion der Waage zu erzielen, stellen Sie sicher,
dass Sie den 5-poligen Stecker fest mit der 5-poligen Buchse verbinden.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Stecker fest verbunden ist, und drehen Sie die Schrauben zur Arretierung fest. Wenn nur ein Wiegebalken angeschlossen ist, oder die Verbindung zu einem der beiden Wiegebalken unterbrochen ist, werden falsche Werte für das Gesamtgewicht angezeigt.
· Laden Sie die Batterien vor dem ersten Betrieb auf. Verschließen Sie die Buchse für das Ladegerät. · Vor dem Wiegen genug Zeit für das Aufwärmen der Waage einplanen. · Vor dem Einschalten der Waage sämtliche Gewichte und Gegenstände von der Wiegeplattform entfernen. · Schalten Sie die Waage an der Anzeigeeinheit ein. Das LCD-Display durchläuft einen Test, wird auf Null gesetzt und ist einsatzbereit. · Alle zu wiegenden Gegenstände sollten in der Mitte der Plattform platziert werden, um ein genaues Wiegeergebnis sicherzustellen.
Gegenstände dürfen nicht über die Plattform hinausragen. · Die auf der Waage aufgebrachte Last darf die maximale Wägekapazität der Waage nicht überschreiten.

8. Funktionen
8.1 ON / OFF Drücken Sie die ON/OFF Taste für 3 Sekunden, um die Displayanzeige ein- / bzw. auszuschalten.

8.2 ZERO-Funktion Mit der ZERO-Funktion kann die Anzeige auf Null gestellt werden. Wenn die Anzeige nicht stabilisiert ist, funktioniert die ZERO-Funktion nicht und das Symbol > 0 < erlischt im Display.
8.3 TARA-Funktion Mithilfe der TARA-Funktion können Sie die Anzeige auf Null stellen. Drücken Sie die TARE-Taste bei Anzeige des Bruttogewichts ,,B/G”. Die Anzeige wechselt in den Status Nettogewicht ,,NET” und wird auf Null gestellt. Das Symbol T erscheint auf der Anzeige. Drücken Sie die TARE-Taste bei Anzeige des Nettogewichts erneut, wechselt die Anzeige zurück zur Bruttogewichtsanzeige. Das Symbol ,,B/G” wird angezeigt.
8.4 HOLD-Funktion Die Einstellung der HOLD-Funktionen im Konfigurationsmenü finden Sie im Kapitel 10.3.2
· F11=0 Hold Funktion deaktiviert
· F11=1 Peak HOLD (Maximalwert): Durch Drücken der HOLD-Taste wird das maximal ermittelte Gewicht angezeigt. Das Symbol ,,HOLD” erscheint im Display. Durch erneutes Drücken der HOLD-Taste gelangen Sie zurück in den normalen Wiegemodus.
· F11=2 HOLD: Durch Drücken der HOLD-Taste wird das Gewicht auf dem Display eingefroren. Das Symbol ,,HOLD” erscheint im Display. Durch erneutes Drücken gelangen Sie zurück in den normalen Wiegemodus.
· F11=3 AUTO HOLD: Nachdem sich das Gewicht (>20d) stabilisiert hat, zeigt die Anzeige das Gewicht für 6 Sekunden an und das Symbol ,,HOLD” erscheint im Display. Nach 6 Sekunden kehrt die Anzeige in den normalen Wiegemodus zurück.
· F11=4 Animal HOLD (Tierwiegefunktion): Durch Drücken der HOLD-Taste zeigt die Anzeige [LOC] an und ermittelt 3 Sekunden lang Gewichtswerte. Im Anschluss zeigt sie den gemittelten Wert der Messungen an und das Symbol ,,HOLD” erscheint im Display. Durch erneutes Drücken der HOLD-Taste gelangen Sie zurück in den normalen Wiegemodus.
8.5 Zählfunktion Um die Zählfunktion nutzen zu können, muss im Konfigurationsmenü F32 =1 eingestellt sein. Legen Sie exakt 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 oder 500 Proben auf die Wiegeplattform. Drücken Sie gleichzeitig die HOLD- und SET-Taste. Das Symbol ,,PCS” leuchtet auf und zeigt den Wert ,,0″ an. Drücken Sie die Tasten, um die Anzeige auf ,,PCS 0″ zu stellen. Drücken Sie die ZERO-Taste, um die Anzahl der Proben auszuwählen und bestätigen Sie sie mit der SET-Taste. Nun kann die Zählfunktion für die Proben genutzt werden. Drücken Sie die ON/OFF Taste, um die Zählfunktion zu beenden.
8.6 Kontrollwiegefunktion Mit dem Parameter F13 und F14 stellen Sie die Obergrenze und die Untergrenze der Kontrollwiegefunktion ein. In Kapitel 10 finden Sie die Einstellungen im Konfigurationsmenü. Liegt das Gewicht innerhalb des eingestellten Bereichs, erscheint in der Displayanzeige ,,OK”. Überschreitet das Gewicht den definierten Bereich, erscheint im Display ein Pfeil nach oben. Wird das Gewicht unterschritten, erscheint im Display ein Pfeil nach unten.
8.7 Einheitenwechsel Wenn F31 = 2, ist die TOTAL/UNIT-Taste für den Einheitenwechsel zuständig, wobei die Einheiten zwischen kg, lb und oz gewechselt werden können.
9. Aufladen der Batterie
In der unteren rechten Ecke der Displayanzeige befindet sich die Batteriezustandsanzeige. Wenn die Batteriespannung zu niedrig ist, blinkt die Batteriezustandsanzeige und die LOBAT-Meldeleuchte blinkt auf. Wenn die LED-Meldeleuchte rot blinkt, schließen Sie das Netzteil an, um die Batterie aufzuladen. Verbinden Sie das Netzteil mit der Anzeigeeinheit und stecken Sie es in eine Netzsteckdose. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich das Netzteil des Herstelers.

Während des Ladevorgangs blinkt die Batteriezustandsanzeige und die LED-Meldeleuchte leuchtet rot. Die Ladezeit beträgt ca. 12 h. Wenn die Batterie vollständig aufgeladen ist, werden alle Balken der Batteriezustandsanzeige angezeigt und die LED-Meldeleuchte leuchtet grün.
Beenden Sie den Ladevorgang, sobald die Ladezustandsanzeige grün leuchtet, und entfernen Sie das Ladegerät. Spätestens jedoch nach 24 Stunden.

10 Konfigurationsmenü
10.1. Aufrufen und Verlassen des Konfigurationsmenüs Es gibt zwei Wege das Konfigurationsmenü aufzurufen: 1. Einstellung der Parameter F08 ­ F49:
Der Kalibrierschalter ist in der OFF-Position. Halten Sie zuerst die SET-Taste gedrückt und drücken Sie anschließend die ON/OFF-Taste, um das Konfigurationsmenü aufzurufen. 2. Einstellung der Parameter F01 ­ F49 (Kalibrierung): Öffnen Sie das Displaygehäuse auf der Rückseite und bringen Sie den Kalibrierschalter in die ON-Position:
Schließen Sie im Anschluss das Displaygehäuse wieder sorgfältig. Halten Sie zuerst die SET-Taste gedrückt und drücken Sie anschließend die ON/OFF-Taste, um das Konfigurationsmenü aufzurufen. Zum Verlassen des Konfigurationsmenüs muss zunächst die Einstellung des aktuellen Parameters mit der SET-Taste bestätigt werden. Drücken Sie anschließend die ON/OFF-Taste, um das Konfigurationsmenü zu verlassen und in den Wiegemodus zurückzugelangen.

12. Reinigung / Instandhaltung
VORSICHT! Gefahr von Personen- und Sachschädigung durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch! Vor Beginn der Reinigungsarbeiten Netzstecker ziehen.
· Verwenden Sie ein feuchtes Tuch, um die Komponenten der Waage zu reinigen. Vermeiden Sie Flüssigkeit in den Steckkontakten der Anzeigeeinheit.
· Die Displayanzeige und Wiegebalken müssen sicher miteinander verbunden und außer Reichweite von elektrischen und magnetischen Feldern sein.
· Verwenden Sie die Waage bei Gewitter nicht im Freien und trennen Sie die Stromversorgung. · Trennen Sie die Stromversorgung, bevor Sie Schnittstellenanschlüsse am Gerät an- oder abstecken. · Vermeiden Sie den Einsatz in Bereichen mit starker Staub- und Vibrationsbelastung sowie feuchten Umgebungen. · Zur Instandhaltung ist es notwendig, dass die Batterie spätestens nach drei Monaten wieder vollständig aufgeladen wird.
13. Wartung und Reparatur
Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei, sollte aber regelmäßig gründlich gereinigt werden. Im Falle eines Defektes muss das Gerät sofort außer Betrieb genommen werden. Wenden Sie sich im Falle einer Reparatur bitte an einen Fachbetrieb oder schicken Sie das Gerät nach Rücksprache zur Reparatur an den Hersteller. Auch eine defekte Anschlussleitung darf nur durch den Hersteller oder einen Elektrofachbetrieb ersetzt werden. Nur Original-Ersatzteile verwenden. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht mehr, wenn sich die Batterie nicht mehr aufladen lässt.

2. Utilisation conforme à l’usage prévu
La balance est conçue pour l’affichage d’un signal de poids capté par les barres de pesée correspondantes. Une cage ou une plateforme de pesée permettant de peser des animaux jusqu’à 1500 kg peut être installée sur les barres de pesée.

3. Consignes de sécurité
ATTENTION ! Toute utilisation non conforme engendre un risque de blessure et de dégâts matériels !

· La balance ne contient pas de composants conçus pour être entretenus par l’utilisateur. Elle doit uniquement être installée et entretenue par le personnel spécialisé agréé et qualifié. N’ouvrez pas le boîtier.
· Ne pas exposer les barres de pesée et l’unité d’affichage à une chaleur ou un froid extrêmes pendant une période prolongée. Utiliser et conserver la balance dans un environnement sec à des températures comprises entre +5 et +35 °C.
· Les balances électroniques sont des instruments de précision. Ne pas les utiliser à proximité de téléphones portables, de radios, d’ordinateurs ou d’autres appareils électroniques qui émettent des fréquences radio et pourraient déstabiliser les valeurs mesurées.
· Si la balance n’est pas utilisée pendant une période prolongée, nettoyez-la et conservez-la à sec. · Avant d’utiliser la balance suite à un stockage prolongé, assurez-vous que la batterie interne est entièrement chargée. · La batterie doit être rechargée au plus tard au bout de trois mois. Pour recharger la batterie, utilisez uniquement le câble de charge fourni ! · Arrêtez la recharge de la batterie lorsque cette dernière est suffisamment chargée et au plus tard au bout de 24 heures ! · Ne retirez pas la batterie du boîtier. · Avant la mise en marche de la balance, retirer de la plateforme de pesée l’ensemble des poids et des objets. · Pour obtenir un résultat de pesée précis, tous les objets à peser doivent être placés au centre de la plateforme. ser de la plateforme. · La charge placée sur la balance ne doit pas dépasser la capacité de pesée maximale de la balance. · Après le pesage, la charge pesée ne doit pas rester sur la balance car le signal de sortie des cellules de pesée peut changer, ce qui est
susceptible d’altérer la précision des mesures. · Placer les barres de pesée et la plateforme sur une surface plane et à l’abri des vibrations. · Ajuster les pieds des cellules de pesée de manière à les mettre en contact avec le sol aux quatre points. Veillez à une assise stable de la
balance, surtout lorsque vous pesez des animaux vivants.

7. Préparation et installation du kit de pesée
· Posez les barres de pesée sur une surface solide et plane. · Lors du choix du lieu d’installation, veillez à exclure tout risque de pénétration d’eau directement à l’intérieur des barres de pesée,

Assurez-vous que la fiche mâle est solidement branchée et serrez les vis pour la bloquer. En cas de branchement d’une seule barre de pesée ou de débranchement d’une des deux barres, les valeurs de poids global affichées sont fausses.
· Chargez les batteries avant la première utilisation. Obturez la fiche femelle du chargeur. · Avant de procéder à la pesée, prévoir suffisamment de temps pour que la balance puisse chauffer. · Avant la mise en marche de la balance, retirer de la plateforme de pesée l’ensemble des poids et des objets. · Mettez la balance en marche sur l’unité d’affichage. 8. Fonctions
8.1 ON / OFF Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF pendant 3 secondes pour allumer/éteindre l’afficheur.

8.2 Fonction ZÉRO La fonction ZÉRO permet de mettre l’affichage à zéro. Si l’affichage ne s’est pas stabilisé, la fonction ZÉRO ne fonctionne pas et le symbole > 0 < s’éteint à l’écran.
8.3 Fonction TARE La fonction TARE vous permet de mettre l’affichage à zéro. Appuyez sur la touche TARE-Taste lorsque le poids brut « B/G » est affiché. L’afficheur passe à l’état poids net « NET » et est mis à zéro. Le symbole T apparaît sur l’afficheur. Appuyez de nouveau sur la touche TARE lorsque le poids net est affiché. L’afficheur revient alors à l’affichage du poids brut. Le symbole « B/G » s’affiche.
8.4 Fonction de conservation des données Le réglage des fonctions de conservation des données dans le menu de configuration est décrit au chapitre 10.3.2
· F11=0 fonction de conservation des données désactivée
· F11=1 Peak HOLD (valeur maximale) : Une pression sur la touche HOLD permet d’afficher le poids maximal pesé. Le symbole « HOLD » apparaît à l’écran. Une nouvelle pression sur la touche HOLD permet de revenir en mode de pesée normal.
· F11=2 HOLD : Une pression sur la touche HOLD permet de geler le poids sur l’écran. Le symbole « HOLD » apparaît à l’écran. Une nouvelle pression permet de revenir en mode de pesée normal.
· F11=3 AUTO HOLD : Une fois que le poids (>20d) s’est stabilisé, il s’affiche pendant 6 secondes et le symbole « HOLD » apparaît à l’écran. Au bout de 6 secondes, l’afficheur revient en mode de pesée normal.
· F11=4 Animal HOLD (fonction de pesée d’animaux) : Lorsque la touche HOLD est pressée, l’écran affiche [LOC] tandis que l’appareil effectue des pesées pendant 3 secondes. Ensuite, il affiche la valeur moyenne des pesées et le symbole « HOLD » apparaît. Une nouvelle pression sur la touche HOLD permet de revenir en mode de pesée normal.
8.5 Fonction de comptage Pour pouvoir utiliser la fonction de comptage, il est nécessaire de procéder au réglage F32 =1 dans le menu de configuration. Posez exactement 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 ou 500 échantillons sur la plateforme de pesée. Appuyez simultanément sur les touches HOLD et SET. Le symbole « PCS » s’allume et indique la valeur « 0 ». Appuyez sur les touches pour faire basculer l’afficheur sur « PCS 0 ». Appuyez sur la touche ZÉRO pour sélectionner le nombre d’échantillons et confirmez avec la touche SET. La fonction de comptage peut maintenant être utilisée pour les échantillons. Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF pour désactiver la fonction de comptage.
8.6 Fonction de pesée de contrôle Les paramètres F13 et F14 vous permettent de définir les seuils supérieur et inférieur de la fonction de pesée de contrôle. Au chapitre 10, vous trouverez les réglages à effectuer dans le menu de configuration. Si le poids se trouve dans la plage définie, l’afficheur indique « OK ». Si le poids dépasse la plage définie, une flèche vers le haut apparaît à l’écran. Si le poids n’atteint pas la plage définie, une flèche vers le bas apparaît à l’écran.
8.7 Changement d’unité Quand F31 = 2, la touche TOTAL/UNIT permet de changer d’unité, c’est-à-dire de basculer entre kg, lb et oz.
9. Recharge de la batterie
L’indicateur du niveau de charge de la batterie se trouve dans le coin inférieur droit de l’afficheur. Lorsque la tension de la batterie est trop faible, l’indicateur du niveau de charge clignote et le voyant lumineux LOBAT se met à clignoter lui aussi. Quand le voyant lumineux LED clignote en rouge, branchez le bloc d’alimentation pour recharger la batterie. Reliez le bloc d’alimentation à l’unité d’affichage et branchez-le sur une prise de courant. Utilisez exclusivement le bloc d’alimentation du fabricant.

Pendant la recharge, l’indicateur du niveau de charge de la batterie clignote et le voyant lumineux LED est allumé en rouge. La recharge dure env. 12 h. Une fois la batterie entièrement rechargée, toutes les barres de l’indicateur du niveau de charge s’affichent et le voyant lumineux LED est allumé en vert.
Arrêtez la recharge dès que l’indicateur du niveau de charge de la batterie est allumé en vert et retirez le chargeur. Cependant, n’attendez pas plus de 24 heures.

10 Menu de configuration

1. General
These operating instructions include instructions for use, and safety instructions. Read the instructions carefully, and note the requirements and relevant information before putting the device into operation. Keep these operating instructions in a safe place for later use.

2. Correct use
The scale is used to display a weight signal measured using the associated weigh beams. A weighing cage or platform is mounted on the weigh beams in order to weigh animals up to 1500 kg.

3. Safety instructions
CAUTION! Improper use risks physical injury and damage to equipment!

· The scale does not include any user-serviceable components, and it must be installed and/or serviced only by authorised and qualified

personnel. Do not open the housing.

· Do not expose the weigh beams and display unit to long periods of extreme heat or cold. Use and store the scale in a dry environment at

temperatures between +5 and +35 °C.

· Electronic scales are precision instruments. Do not use near mobile phones, radios, computers or other electronic devices that emit radio

frequencies and could destabilise readings.

· If the scale has not been used for a while, clean it and keep it dry.

· Before you use the scale after long-term storage, ensure that the internal battery is fully charged.

· The battery must be recharged after no more than three months. To charge the battery, use only the charge cable provided in the product package.

· Cease charging the battery when it is sufficiently charged, but after no more than 24 hours.

· Do not remove the battery from the housing.

· Before switching the scale on, remove all weights and objects from the weighing platform.

· To ensure an exact weighing result, all objects to be weighed should be positioned in the middle of the platform. Objects must not project

beyond the platform.

7. Preparation and setting up of the scale set
· Place the weigh beams on a firm, level surface. · When selecting a set-up location, ensure that no water can directly enter the interior of the weigh beams and avoid direct sunlight. · Place a platform (e.g. the weighing platform) on the weigh beams. Ensure adequate protection against slipping, especially when
weighing live animals. · Connect both weigh beams to the display unit. To ensure problem-free functioning of the scales, ensure that the 5-pin plug is

Ensure that the plug is firmly connected, and tighten the screws to lock it. If only one weigh beam is connected, or the connection to one of the two weigh beams is interrupted, incorrect values for the total weight will be displayed.
· Charge the batteries before first use. Lock the socket for the charger. · Allow sufficient time for the scales to warm up before weighing. · Before switching the scales on, remove all weights and objects from the weighing platform. · Switch on the scales at the display unit. The LCD display runs through a test cycle, is set to zero, and is ready for use. · To ensure an exact weighing result, all objects to be weighed should be positioned in the middle of the platform.

8. Functions
8.1 ON / OFF Press the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to switch the display on or off.

8.2 ZERO function The ZERO function allows the display to be set to zero. If the display is not stable, the ZERO function will not work and the >0< symbol in the display goes out.
8.3 TARE function You can set the display to zero using the TARE function. Press the TARE button when the gross weight “B/G” is displayed. The display then switches to the “NET” weight and is set to zero. The T symbol appears on the display. If you press the TARE button again when the net weight is displayed, the display returns to the gross weight display. The “B/G” symbol is displayed.
8.4 HOLD function Setting of the HOLD functions in the Configuration menu can be found in Chapter 10.3.2
· F11=0 Hold function deactivated
· F11=1 Peak HOLD (maximum value):Pressing the HOLD button displays the maximum determined weight. The “HOLD” symbol appears in the display.Pressing the HOLD button again takes you back to normal weighing mode.

· F11=4 Animal HOLD (animal weighing function):Pressing the HOLD button causes the display to show [LOC] and it determines weight values for 3 seconds. It then displays the averaged value of the measurements and the “HOLD” symbol appears in the display. Pressing the HOLD button again takes you back to normal weighing mode.
8.5 Count function To be able to use the Count function, F32=1 must be set in the Configuration menu. Place exactly 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 or 500 samples on the weighing platform. Simultaneously press the HOLD and SET buttons. The “PCS” symbol lights up and displays the value “0”. Press the buttons to set the display to “PCS 0”. Press the ZERO button to select the number of samples and confirm with the SET button. The Count function can now be used for the samples. Press the ON/OFF button to end the Count function.
8.6 Control weighing function Use parameters F13 and F14 to set the upper and lower limits of the control weighing function. In chapter 10 you will find the settings in the Configuration menu. If the weight is within the set range, “OK” appears in the display. If the weight exceeds the defined range, an arrow pointing upwards appears in the display. If the weight falls below the defined range, an arrow pointing downwards appears on the display.
8.7 Unit change If F31 = 2, the TOTAL/UNIT button is responsible for the unit change, with the units able to be changed between kg, lb and oz.
9. Battery charging
The battery status indicator is located in the bottom right-hand corner of the display. If the battery voltage is too low, the battery status indicator flashes and the LOBAT indicator light flashes. If the LED indicator light flashes red, connect the mains adapter to charge the battery. Connect the power pack to the display unit, and plug the former into a mains socket. Use only the power pack supplied by the manufacturer.
During the charging process, the battery status indicator flashes and the LED indicator light lights up red. The charging time is approx. 12 hours. When the battery is fully charged, all bars of the battery status indicator are displayed and the LED indicator light lights up green.
End the charging process as soon as the “Charge” display lights up green, and disconnect the charger. This should be within 24 hours at the most.

12. Cleaning/maintenance
CAUTION! Risk of physical injury and material damage if used incorrectly! Before starting any cleaning work, disconnect the mains plug.
· Use a damp cloth to clean the scales’ components. Avoid liquid in the plug contacts of the display unit. · The display and weigh beams must be securely connected to each other and out of range of electrical and magnetic fields. · Do not use the scales outdoors during thunderstorms and disconnect the power supply. · Disconnect the power supply before connecting or disconnecting interface connections on the device. · Avoid use in areas with heavy dust and vibration exposure as well as damp environments. · For maintenance purposes, it is necessary to recharge the battery fully at least every three months.
13. Maintenance and repair
The device is maintenance-free, but should be thoroughly cleaned at regular intervals. In the event of a fault, the device must be taken out of use immediately. If a repair is required, contact a specialist, or after consultation send the device to the manufacturer for repair. A faulty connecting cable must be replaced only by the manufacturer or a qualified electrician. Use only genuine replacement parts. Do not continue to use the equipment if the battery cannot be recharged.

IT Istruzioni per l’uso del set di barre per pesatura (art. 291365, 291366)

1. Informazioni generali
Le presenti istruzioni per l’uso contengono le indicazioni per l’utilizzo e le avvertenze di sicurezza. Prima di mettere in funzione l’apparecchio, leggere con attenzione le istruzioni e attenersi alle indicazioni e avvertenze fornite. Conservare le istruzioni per l’uso per ogni utilizzo successivo!

2. Uso conforme
La bilancia serve a riportare il segnale di pesatura rilevato dalle rispettive barre di pesatura. Sulle barre di pesatura viene applicata una gabbia o una piattaforma di pesatura per pesare animali fino a 1500 kg.

3. Avvertenze di sicurezza
CAUTELA! In caso di utilizzo non conforme, pericolo di lesioni e danni materiali!
· All’interno della bilancia non sono presenti componenti soggetti a manutenzione da parte dell’utente. Installazione e manutenzione possono essere eseguite soltanto da personale specializzato qualificato. Lasciare l’alloggiamento chiuso.
· Non esporre le barre di pesatura e l’unità di visualizzazione a calore o freddo estremo per un intervallo di tempo prolungato. Utilizzare la bilancia in un ambiente asciutto, a temperature comprese tra +5 e +35 °C.
· Le bilance elettroniche sono strumenti di precisione. Non utilizzare nelle vicinanze di telefoni cellulari, radio, computer o altri apparecchi elettronici che trasmettono radiofrequenze e che potrebbero destabilizzare i valori misurati.
· Se la bilancia non viene utilizzata per un po’ di tempo, occorre pulirla e conservarla all’asciutto. · Prima di utilizzare la bilancia dopo un periodo prolungato di inattività, accertarsi che la batteria interna sia completamente carica. · Ricaricare la batteria entro un massimo di tre mesi. 7. Preparazione e installazione del set di pesatura
· Appoggiare le barre di pesatura su una superficie stabile e piana. · Scegliere una sede di collocazione dove l’acqua non possa penetrare direttamente all’interno delle barre di pesatura, evitando
l’esposizione diretta ai raggi solari. · Appoggiare una piattaforma (p. es. una base di pesatura) sulle barre di pesatura. Provvedere a una messa in sicurezza adeguata · per evitare lo scivolamento, soprattutto quando si pesano animali vivi. · Collegare le due barre di pesatura all’unità di visualizzazione. Per ottenere un corretto funzionamento della bilancia, accertarsi

accertarsi che il connettore sia collegato stabilmente e stringere le viti di arresto. Se si collega una sola barra di pesatura o se il collegamento con una delle dure barre di pesatura viene interrotto, i valori del peso totale riportati saranno errati.

8. Funzioni
8.1 ON / OFF Premere il tasto ON/OFF per 3 secondi per accendere o spegnere il display.

8.2 Funzione ZERO Con la funzione ZERO è possibile azzerare la visualizzazione. Se la visualizzazione non è stabilizzata, la funzione ZERO non è attiva e il simbolo > 0 < si spegne sul display.
8.3 Funzione TARA Con l’ausilio della funzione TARA è possibile azzerare la visualizzazione. Premere il tasto TARE mentre è visualizzato il peso lordo “B/G”. Il display passa allo stato del peso netto “NET” e viene azzerato. Sul display appare il simbolo T. Se si preme nuovamente il tasto TARE mentre è visualizzato il peso netto, il display torna alla visualizzazione del peso lordo. Viene visualizzato il simbolo “B/G”.
8.4 Funzione HOLD L’impostazione delle funzioni HOLD nel menu di configurazione è descritta nel capitolo 10.3.2
· F11=0 funzione Hold disattivata
· F11=1 Peak HOLD (valore massimo): Premendo il tasto HOLD si visualizza il peso massimo calcolato. Sul display appare il simbolo “HOLD”. Premendo nuovamente il tasto HOLD si ritorna alla modalità di pesatura normale.
· F11=2 HOLD: Premendo il tasto HOLD, il peso sul display viene “congelato”. Sul display appare il simbolo “HOLD”. Premendo nuovamente si ritorna alla modalità di pesatura normale.
· F11=3 AUTO HOLD: Una volta che il peso (>20d) si è stabilizzato, il display mostra il peso per 6 secondi e sul display appare il simbolo “HOLD”. Dopo 6 secondi, la visualizzazione ritorna alla modalità di pesatura normale.
· F11=4 Animal HOLD (funzione di pesatura animali): Premendo il tasto HOLD, il display visualizza [LOC] e per 3 secondi calcola i valori del peso. In seguito mostra la media dei valori delle misurazioni e sul display appare il simbolo “HOLD”. Premendo nuovamente il tasto HOLD si ritorna alla modalità di pesatura normale.
8.5 Funzione di conteggio Per poter utilizzare la funzione di conteggio, nel menu di configurazione deve essere impostato F32=1. Collocare esattamente 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 o 500 campioni sulla piattaforma di pesatura. Premere contemporaneamente il tasto HOLD e SET. Il simbolo “PCS” si accende e indica il valore “0”. Premere i tasti per impostare la visualizzazione su “PCS 0”. Premere il tasto ZERO per selezionare il numero di campioni e confermare con il tasto SET. Ora è possibile utilizzare la funzione di conteggio per i campioni. Premere il tasto ON/OFF per uscire dalla funzione di conteggio.
8.6 Funzione di controllo Con il parametro F13 e F14 si imposta il limite superiore e il limite inferiore della funzione di controllo della pesatura. Nel capitolo 10 sono descritte le impostazioni del menu di configurazione. Se il peso rientra nell’intervallo impostato, sul display appare l’indicazione “OK”. Se il peso supera l’intervallo definito, sul display appare una freccia verso l’alto. Se non viene raggiunto il peso minimo, sul display appare una freccia verso il basso.
8.7 Cambio di unità di misura Se F31 = 2, il tasto TOTAL/UNIT è responsabile del cambio di unità di misura tra kg, lb e oz.
9. Caricamento della batteria
Nell’angolo inferiore destro del display si trova l’indicatore del livello di carica della batteria. Se la tensione della batteria è troppo bassa, l’indicatore del livello di carica lampeggia e la spia di segnalazione LOBAT lampeggia. Se il LED di segnalazione lampeggia in rosso, collegare l’alimentatore per caricare la batteria. Collegare l’alimentatore all’unità di visualizzazione e a una presa elettrica. Utilizzare esclusivamente l’alimentatore del produttore.

Durante la ricarica, l’indicatore del livello di carica della batteria lampeggia e il LED di segnalazione si illumina in rosso. Il tempo di ricarica è di circa 12 h. Quando la batteria è completamente carica, sono visualizzate tutte le barre dell’indicatore del livello di carica della batteria e il LED di segnalazione si illumina in verde.
Terminare il processo di carica non appena l’indicatore del livello di carica si illumina di verde e rimuovere il caricabatterie. Non superare comunque le 24 ore.

10 Menu di configurazione

10.1. Apertura e uscita del/dal menu di configurazione Esistono due modi per aprire il menu di configurazione: 1. Impostazione dei parametri F08 ­ F49:
l’interruttore di taratura è in posizione OFF. Per prima cosa, tenere premuto il tasto SET e poi premere il tasto ON/OFF per aprire il menu di configurazione. 2. Impostazione dei parametri F01 ­ F49 (taratura): Aprire il lato posteriore dell’alloggiamento del display e portare l’interruttore di taratura in posizione ON:
Poi richiudere accuratamente l’alloggiamento del display. Per prima cosa, tenere premuto il tasto SET e poi premere il tasto ON/OFF per aprire il menu di configurazione. Per uscire dal menu di configurazione, per prima cosa si deve confermare l’impostazione del parametro attuale con il tasto SET. Quindi premere il tasto ON/OFF per uscire dal menu di configurazione e tornare alla modalità di pesatura.

13. Manutenzione e riparazione
L’apparecchio non richiede manutenzione, ma una regolare e accurata pulizia. Se si riscontra un difetto, mettere immediatamente fuori servizio l’apparecchio. Per la riparazione rivolgersi a una ditta specializzata o spedire l’apparecchio al costruttore per farlo riparare previo accordo. Anche un cavo di alimentazione difettoso può essere riparato solo dal costruttore o da una ditta specializzata. Utilizzare solo ricambi originali. Non utilizzare più l’apparecchio se non è più possibile caricare la batteria.

1. Algemeen
Deze gebruiksaanwijzing bevat gebruiks- en veiligheidsinstructies. Lees de instructies zorgvuldig door en neem de genoemde voorschriften en aanwijzingen in acht, voordat u het apparaat in gebruik neemt. Bewaar deze gebruiksaanwijzing voor toekomstig gebruik!

2. Beoogd gebruik
De weegschaal dient voor de weergave van een gewichtssignaal dat door de bijbehorende weegbalken wordt geregistreerd. Op de weegbalken wordt een weegkooi of een weegplateau geplaatst om dieren tot 1500 kg te wegen.

3. Veiligheidsinstructies
VOORZICHTIG! Bij een onjuist gebruik bestaat het gevaar op letsel en materiële schade!
· De weegschaal bevat geen door de gebruiker te onderhouden onderdelen en mag alleen door geautoriseerd en gekwalificeerd vakpersoneel worden geïnstalleerd resp. onderhouden. Laat de behuizing dicht.
· Stel de weegbalken en weergave-eenheid niet gedurende langere tijd bloot aan extreme hitte of koude. Gebruik en bewaar de weegschaal in een droge omgeving bij temperaturen tussen +5 en +35 °C.
· Elektronische weegschalen zijn precisie-instrumenten. Gebruik ze niet in de buurt van mobiele telefoons, radio’s, computers of andere elektronische apparaten die radiofrequenties afgeven en de meetwaarden kunnen destabiliseren.
· Maak de weegschaal schoon en bewaar deze in droge toestand als de weegschaal enige tijd niet wordt gebruikt. · Zorg ervoor dat de interne accu volledig is opgeladen voordat u de weegschaal na een lange periode van opslag gebruikt. · De accu moet minimaal na drie maanden weer worden opgeladen. Gebruik voor het opladen van de accu alleen de meegeleverde laadkabel! · Beëindig het oplaadproces van de accu als de accu voldoende is opgeladen, maar uiterlijk na 24 uur! · Haal de accu niet uit de behuizing. · Verwijder alle gewichten en items van het weegplateau voordat u de weegschaal inschakelt. · Voor een nauwkeurig weegresultaat moeten alle te wegen items in het midden van het plateau worden geplaatst. Items mogen niet bui-
ten het plateau uitsteken. · De belasting op de weegschaal mag de maximale weegcapaciteit van de weegschaal niet overschrijden. · Het te wegen voorwerp mag na het wegen niet langer op de weegschaal blijven liggen, omdat het uitgangssignaal van de weegcellen kan
veranderen en dit kan leiden tot meetonnauwkeurigheden. · Plaats de weegbalken en het plateau op een vlakke en trillingsvrije ondergrond. · Stel de voeten van de weegcellen zo af dat ze op alle vier de punten op de vloer rusten. Zorg ervoor dat de weegschaal stevig staat, vooral
als er levende dieren worden gewogen.

7. De weegset voorbereiden en opstellen
· Plaats de weegbalken op een stevige, vlakke ondergrond. · Zorg er bij de keuze voor de plaatsingslocatie voor dat er geen water rechtstreeks in de weegbalken terecht kan komen resp.

Zorg ervoor dat de stekker stevig vastzit en draai de borgschroeven aan. Als er slechts één weegbalk is aangesloten of de verbinding met een van de twee weegbalken is verbroken, worden er onjuiste waarden voor het totaalgewicht weergegeven.
· Laad de batterij voor het eerste gebruik op. Sluit de aansluiting voor de oplader af. · Houd voor het wegen rekening met voldoende tijd voor het opwarmen van de weegschaal. · Verwijder alle gewichten en items van het weegplateau voordat u de weegschaal inschakelt. · Schakel de weegschaal op de weergave-eenheid in. 8. Functies
8.1 ON / OFF Druk de ON/OFF-toets gedurende 3 seconden in om het display in resp. uit te schakelen.

8.2 ZERO-functie Met de ZERO-functie kan het display op nul worden ingesteld. Als de weergave niet is gestabiliseerd, werkt de ZERO-functie niet en het symbool > 0 < verschijnt op het display.
8.3 TARRA-functie Met de TARRA-functie kunt u de weergave op nul instellen. Druk de TARRA-toets in als het brutogewicht “B/G” wordt weergegeven. De weergave schakelt over naar de status Nettogewicht “NET” en wordt op nul ingesteld. Het symbool T verschijnt op het display. Wanneer u opnieuw de TARRA-toets indrukt als het nettogewicht wordt getoond, keert het display terug naar de weergave van het brutogewicht. Het symbool “B/G” verschijnt.
8.4 HOLD-functie De instelling van de HOLD-functies in het configuratiemenu staat beschreven in hoofdstuk 10.3.2
· F11=0 Hold-functie geactiveerd
· F11=1 Peak HOLD (maximale waarde): Wanneer u op de HOLD-toets drukt, wordt het maximaal bepaalde gewicht getoond. Het symbool “HOLD” verschijnt op het display. Wanneer u opnieuw op de HOLD-toets drukt, gaat u terug naar de normale weegmodus.
· F11=2 HOLD: Door de HOLD-toets in te drukken, wordt het gewicht op het display bevroren. Het symbool “HOLD” verschijnt op het display. Wanneer u opnieuw op deze toets drukt, gaat u terug naar de normale weegmodus.
· F11=3 AUTO HOLD: Nadat het gewicht (>20d) is gestabiliseerd, verschijnt het gewicht gedurende 6 seconden en het symbool “HOLD” wordt weergegeven. Na 6 seconden keert het display naar de normale weegmodus terug.
· F11=4 Animal HOLD (dierweegfunctie): Door het indrukken van de HOLD-toets, geeft het display [LOC] aan en bepaalt gedurende 3 seconden gewichtswaarden. Daarna wordt de gemiddelde waarde van de metingen getoond en verschijnt het symbool “HOLD” op het display. Wanneer u opnieuw op de HOLDtoets drukt, gaat u terug naar de normale weegmodus.
8.5 Telfunctie Om de telfunctie te kunnen gebruiken, moet in het configuratiemenu F32 =1 ingesteld zijn. Plaats exact 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 of 500 monsters op het weegplatform. Druk tegelijkertijd op de HOLD- en SET-toets. Het symbool “PCS” brandt en de waarde “0” wordt weergegeven. Druk op de toetsen om de weergave op “PCS 0” in te stellen. Druk op de ZERO-toets om het aantal monsters te selecteren en bevestig dit met de SET-toets. Nu kan de telfunctie voor de monsters worden gebruikt. Druk op de ON/OFF-toets om de telfunctie te beëindigen.
8.6 Controleweegfunctie Met de parameters F13 en F14 stelt u de boven- en ondergrens van de controleweegfunctie in. In hoofdstuk 10 vindt u de instellingen in het configuratiemenu. Wanneer het gewicht binnen het ingestelde bereik ligt, verschijnt “OK” op het display. Wanneer het gewicht het gedefinieerde bereik overschrijdt, verschijnt op het display een pijl naar boven. Wanneer het gewicht wordt onderschreden, verschijnt op het display een pijl naar onder.
8.7 Eenheid wijzigen Ingeval van F31 = 2, wordt met de TOTAL/UNIT-toets de eenheid gewijzigd, waarbij tussen de eenheden kg, lb en oz kan worden gekozen.
9. Opladen van de batterij
In de rechter onderhoek van het display wordt de batterijstatus getoond. Als de batterijspanning te laag is, knippert de batterijstatusindicatie en het LOBAT-indicatielampje knippert. Als het led-indicatielampje rood knippert, moet u de netadapter aansluiten om de batterij op te laden. Verbind de netadapter met de weergave-eenheid en steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Gebruik uitsluitend de netadapter van de fabrikant.

Tijdens het oplaadproces knippert de batterijstatusindicatie en het led-indicatielampje brandt rood. De oplaadduur bedraagt ca. 12 uur. Als de batterij volledig is opgeladen, worden alle balken van de batterijstatusindicatie getoond en brandt het led-indicatielampje groen.
Beëindig het laadproces zodra de laadstatusindicator groen oplicht en verwijder de oplader. Dit dient u echter uiterlijk na 24 uur te doen.

10 Configuratiemenu
10.1. Opvragen en verlaten van het configuratiemenu U kunt het configuratiemenu op twee manieren opvragen: 1. Instelling van de parameters F08 ­ F49:
De kalibreerschakelaar staat in de OFF-positie. Houd eerst de SET-toets ingedrukt en druk daarna op de ON/OFF-toets om het configuratiemenu op te vragen. 2. Instelling van de parameters F01 ­ F49 (kalibrering): Open de displaybehuizing aan de achterkant en stel de kalibreerschakelaar in op de ON-positie:
Sluit hierna de displaybehuizing weer zorgvuldig. Houd eerst de SET-toets ingedrukt en druk daarna op de ON/OFF-toets om het configuratiemenu op te vragen. Als u het configuratiemenu wilt verlaten, moet eerst de instelling van de actuele parameter met de SET-toets worden bevestigd. Druk aansluitend op de ON/OFF-toets om het configuratiemenu te verlaten en naar de weegmodus terug te keren.

12. Reiniging / onderhoud

· Het display en de weegbalken moeten veilig met elkaar verbonden zijn en buiten het bereik van elektrische en magnetische velden liggen. · Gebruik de weegschaal bij onweer niet buiten en koppel de stroomvoorziening los. · Koppel de stroomvoorziening los, voordat u interface-aansluitingen op het apparaat bevestigt of loskoppelt. · Voorkom het gebruik op locaties met een grote stof- en vibratiebelasting en vochtige omgevingen. · Voor het onderhoud moet de batterij uiterlijk na drie maanden weer volledig worden opgeladen.
13. Onderhoud en reparatie
Het apparaat is onderhoudsvrij, maar moet regelmatig grondig worden gereinigd. In geval van een defect moet het apparaat onmiddellijk uit bedrijf worden genomen. Neemt u in geval van een reparatie contact op met een erkende vakhandel of stuur het apparaat na overleg voor reparatie naar de fabrikant. Ook een defecte aansluitkabel moet worden vervangen door de fabrikant of een erkende elektricien. Gebruik alleen originele vervangende onderdelen. Gebruik het apparaat niet meer als de batterij niet meer kan worden opgeladen.

Elektronisch afval
Als het apparaat is afgedankt, is de gebruiker verplicht om het correct af te voeren. Houd u aan de in uw land geldende voorschriften. In het kader van de EU-richtlijn betreffende afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparatuur kan het apparaat kosteloos worden ingeleverd bij verzamelpunten voor elektronisch afval of de milieustraat. Het apparaat kan ook worden geretourneerd aan dealers die een terugnameservice aanbieden. De juiste afvoer van het product dient ter bescherming van het milieu en voorkomt mogelijke negatieve effecten op de menselijke gezondheid en het milieu.

Vågarna används för att visa en viktsignal, som registreras av de tillhörande vågbalkarna. En vågbur eller vågplattform monteras på vågbalkarna för att väga djur upp till 1500 kg.
3. Säkerhetsanvisningar
VAR FÖRSIKTIG! Vid felaktig användning finns risk för person- och materialskador!
· Vågen har inga komponenter som kan underhållas av användaren och får endast installeras eller underhållas av auktoriserad och kvalificerad personal. Låt höljet vara stängt.
· Utsätt inte vågbalkarna och displayenheten för extrem värme eller kyla under längre tidsperioder. Använd och förvara vågen i en torr miljö vid temperaturer mellan +5 och +35 °C.
· Elektroniska vågar är precisionsinstrument. Använd inte i närheten av mobiltelefoner, radioapparater, datorer eller andra elektroniska enheter som sänder ut radiofrekvenser och som kan påverka mätvärdena.
· Om vågen inte används under en längre tid, rengör den och förvara torrt. · Kontrollera innan du använder vågen efter en längre tids förvaring att det inbyggda batteriet är fulladdat. · Batteriet måste laddas upp senast efter tre månader. Använd endast den medföljande laddningskabeln som ingår i leveransen för att
