Installing Your iPad into the Keyboard Case
Turning On/Off the Power Switch
Establishing Bluetooth Connection
TIPS: If there is no single more than 30s (some version more than 10s), the backlight will automatically turn off; and no single over 10 mil, the keyboard will enter standby mode. At this point, you only need to double-tap any key to reactivate the keyboard again.
LED Indicators
TIPS: LED indicators may vary for different product versions. Please refer to the final version you received and the corresponding indicator lights above.

Please note that if your keyboard has the following keys to make it work, it is just for optional functions.
Keyboard Shortcuts
There are two types of keyboard shortcuts as below, some features are optional and only applicable to specific versions, please refer to the version you have received.
Description of Each Keyboard Shortcut
Touchpad/Gestures
- Ensure that the iPadOS operating system is IOS 15.0 or higher.
- After connecting to Bluetooth. Go to iPad – Settings – General – Touchpad Tap to Tap / Two-finger assist point (open) Assistive Touch On;
- You will see a cursor appear on the iPad screen when the trackpad is successfully turned on.
- Then go to iPad – Settings General- Touchpad- Tracking speed (adjust to a suitable speed);
- Press key combinations “fn” + “T” to turn the touch function on/off;
- Shortcut gestures are based on below default settings below;
- When the Bluetooth connection is turned on, there will be 3s delay on the touchpad function.
One Finger
Tap: Press with one finger until it feels a little bit.
- Tap and hold: Press and hold with one finger.
Open “Notification Center”: Move the pointer to the status icon in the upper left corner of the screen with one finger, then tap or swipe up again with one finger.
- Open “Control Center”: Move the pointer to the status icon in the upper right corner ofthe screen with one finger, then tap or swipe up again with one finger.
Drag: Tap and hold the item, then slide your finger on the touchpad to move it.
Open the Dock: Swipe the pointer across the bottom of the screen with one finger.
- Go to the home screen: When the dock appears, swipe the pointer across the bottom of the screen again.
Double Fingers
Auxiliary tap: Move the cursor to the APP icon with one finger, then tap or tap with two fingers to open the APP menu.
Turn on the Today view: When the home screen or lock screen is visible, swipe right with two fingers.
- Open search from the home screen: Swipe down with two fingers.
Scroll up or down: Swipe up or down with two fingers.
- Scroll left or right: Swipe left or right with two fingers.
Zoom: Place two fingers close together, spread to zoom in, or pinch to zoom out.
Three Fingers
Open the APP switcher: Swipe up with three fingers, pause, and then lift your finger.
Go to the home screen: Swipe up with three fingers.
Switch between open apps: Swipe right with three fingers, then swipe left or right to switch.
Power Supply – Notes:
- The keyboard case is charged via the TYPE-C interface.
- The power adapter is not included.
- Please fully charge it before using it for the first time or when it has not been used for a long time.
- Please store and charge the device under normal temperature conditions.
What should I do if the keyboard can not connect to the iPad?
- When the Bluetooth indicator light stops flashing, it indicates that the device is connected.
- When reconnecting Bluetooth, there will be a slight delay of about 3s, as the touchpad needs to retrieve and connect to Bluetooth.
- After the initial successful connection, it wil automatically connect back to the last paired device every time it is turned on.
- You can swipe right on the iPad’s home screen to find the bluetooth icon (some versions show on keyboard icon), which shows the battery level for the keyboard, see Figure 1.
- Multi-device connection is not supported via keyboard case.
- When the battery level is low, the Bluetooth connectivity may be interrupted.
How to change between
How to change between lowercase and uppercase on the keyboard?
- The caps lock default function is to switch languages. So, to type capital letters on the keyboard, please turn off the caps lock default function first.
- Go to your iPad settings–Keyboard settings, hardware keyboard- turn off the toggle switch for language switching using caps lock, then you can change between lowercase and uppercase by pressing the caps lock key.
