JST WC-240 Ratchet Crimp Tool
INSTALLATION
- Open the tool.
- Open the flap locator.
- Contact has to be inserted until stop. Please pay attention to the correct cross section.
- Close the flao locator.
- The contact lies in the centre of the respective orofile.
- Insert the cable until insulation stop blade.
- Close the tool.
- Open the tool.
- Loosen the flap locator.
- Remove the crimped contact.
MAINTENANCE
- The tool has to be kept clean and oiled occasionally.
- Referring to the results of the life-time simulation we recommend the exchange of the locator after 1000 cycles at the latest.
- Furthermore we recommend checking the tool regularly by measuring the dimensions indicated in the specifications of the crimped contact.
