Preface Thank you for choosing our Ultra-Power Stand Blender. We have written this manual to aid you in using and maintaining this product safely and properly. Please read this manual carefully before using, and keep it for your reference. IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

• Read all instructions.
• To protect against the risk of electrical shock do not put the body of the appliance in water or other liquid.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are closely supervised and instructed concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• turn the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord.

Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use. If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used, (1) the marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance, (2) if the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a grounding-type 3-wire cord, and (3) the longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.
7. Exercise extreme caution when handling the blade sets. The blades are extremely sharp.

Notice:

1. This product is type 1 of electrical appliances, please make sure the ground line is well installed avoiding electric shock or leakage.
2. The input voltage of this product is 12DV-60Hz. Before power on, please ensure itsvoltage matches the local power voltage. Different power voltage may cause damages to the product.
3. Before dismantling, installing, repairing, or cleaning this blender, make sure power is turned off and cable is unplugged.
4. If the blade is jammed, unplug the power cord to prevent scratch or damage to the machine before cleaning the food on the blade.
5. When cleaning the blade or the cup, please wear protective gloves to avoid hand injury.
6. Before power on, make sure the cup is placed upright with lid closed and locked to avoid danger.
7. When the blender is processing, do not open the lid directly to add any ingredients as it may cause injury. Right way: First, turn counterclockwise the feeding hole on the cover, then put ingredients into the cup through the hole.
8.  When finish processing, turn off the power and wait till the blade stops before removing the cup, lid or any other detachable parts.
9. Working time: operate the blender within its designed working time. Do not operate more than 3 cycles in a row. The blender must rest for 25 minutes after 3 continuous cycles.
10. Overheat protection thermostat: this blender has an overheat protection device. If continually working and the blender is overheated, it will stop working automatically. The way to solve this problem is to let the blender rest for 15 minutes.
11. When adding ingredients, please follow the recipe, or it may cause overspill and danger.
12. Never operate the blender in dry grinding as the rotation speed of this blender is high and it will affect its life time too.
13. this product is equipped with adjustable speed and time functions, these functions are only applicable to special recipes.

Components and Functions

• Feeding cover: used for feeding ingredients.
• Lid: used for covering the cup to avoid overspilling.
• Blending cup: the main part of the blender, combined with the blade holder, is used for placing the food. Blade assembly: combined with the cup, used for crushing all kinds of ingredients.
• Driving shaft: used for driving the components.
• Base: the main part of the blender, it has the motor, PCB, and any other components and it is the motivation of the blender.
• Knob: Used for selecting functions.
• Button: Used for adjusting time and speed.
• LED screen: displaying time and speed.
• Footpad: non-slip effect.

How to use

Instruction of use

The control panel of this blender is divided into two parts: button and knob. Program instructions: Regarding to special diets, this blender is designed with 5 different functions (“VEGETABLE”, “ICE”, “SM00THIE”,”NUT” and “FRUIT”). Select your desired function and The machine will stop automatically once the program is finished.

1. Put the ingredients into the blending cup and fasten up the lid. Note: *When adding the ingredients, please follow the manual instruction and the recipe.
2. Place the blending cup on the base.
3. Plug the blender into a power source and turn on the product;
4. Function selection; Rotate the knob, choose a function, then the corresponding function indicator light will flash.
5. Turn on the blender by pressing the ON/OFF button. The blender will work automatically. Press the ON/OFF button again to cancel the function and the blender will return to standby mode.
6. When the blender is working, if more ingredients to be added, spin the feeding cover hole counterclockwise, remove the cover and insert ingredients through the hole into the cup. Never open the lid directly to add the ingredients, it may cause danger.
7. When finished processing, the blender will automatically stop running.
8. After the blade stop working and cut off the power, you can remove the cup.

Operation instruction of special recipe: Regarding to special recipe, you can set the time and speed following the recipe and instruction manual. Details are as follow:

1. Put the ingredients into the blending cup and fasten up the lid and feeding cup. Note: When adding the ingredients, you should follow the instruction manual and recipe.
2. Place the blending cup into the base.
3. Power on;
4. Set time according to the special recipe instruction. Press the “TIME+” button or “TIME-” button to set the time.
5. Set speed according to the special recipe instruction. Press the “SPEED+” button or “SPEED-” button to set the speed from 1 to 9, H, the speed is increasing.
6. Press the on/off button, the blender will work automatically
7. During working, if more ingredients need to be added, please spin the feeding cover out in counterclockwise, then put ingredients into the cup through the hole. DANGER: Never open the cover lid and add the ingredients directly to the cup as.
8. When the blending cycle is completed, the blender will stop automatically. You can’t remove the blending cup until the blade stops  running completely. Unplug the power for safety. Note: After each program is completed, the blender will enter into Standby Mode. In standby mode, Press the ON/OFF button for 3-5 seconds to power off the blender. To power on the blender again, press the ON/OFF button for 3-5 seconds again. In the standby mode, if there is no selection Operation for more than 2 minutes, the blender will automatically enter the shutdown state;

   * For the perfectly flaky texture, please make sure to use the dry pitcher and hard ice cubes (freeze for over 48 hours, Take it out and use it immediately). KB:1 min * The recipes above are only used as a guide.

Maintenance

1. Before cleaning and maintenance, please make sure the plug is unplugged.
2. Clean with a soft cloth or sponge and gently wipe the surfaces, while the lid and feeding cover can be taken off to clean.
3. The blending cup can be rinsed with water after using.
4. After cleaning the blending cup, please traverse or upend it to let it dry naturally. *Friendly advice: Upend the blending cup and let it dry naturally, please wipe the water at the bottom of the cup to prevent water flow to the bottom of the cup. This could make the bearing covered in water stains and damage the bearing.
5. Never swash the base with water or put it in water or other liquid. Always clean it with soft cloth. Friendly notice: To better clean the dirt inside the blending cup and the blade add water and lemon inside the cup, and close the lid. Press the “PULSE/ CLEAN” button twice or three times, then pour the water out. Then, repeat the program using water. This will achieve better cleaning result. “PULSE/CLEAN” button Press Lang and hold for 2 seconds to run, release for stop.
