INSTALLING TRON 60AIS INTO FB-60 BRACKETS PREVIOUSLY USED FOR TRON 60S/GPS
Old float-free brackets FB-60 previously used for Tron 60S/GPS can be relabeled using a new label kit available: P/N 104634
FB-60/ Tron 60AIS:
If you need to supply a new EPIRB to be fitted into an older Float free bracket, remember to order the FB-60 Upgrade kit: (P/N 104634) when you order Tron 60AIS in Manual bracket (P/N 103180)
The label kit consists of three labels to be used as a relabeling kit for the FB-60 bracket. Two of these labels are white “cover” labels to put on top of existing labels on the sides of the FB-60, and one new label with text to be fitted.
Before attaching the labels, clean with Isopropanol / Isopropyl alcohol on the two labels on the sides of FB-60. The example shows one of them before and after being fitted with a white cover label
Then attach the new label on top of the righthand cover label.
Now you can place your new Tron 60AIS in this bracket
