Yes, you can. However, the charging case will not charge the earbuds while they are inside.

Turn on your earbuds and make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. The earbuds will automatically search for devices and connect to the last one used. If you have trouble connecting, please refer to your device’s user guide for further assistance.

To change the name of your earbuds, please follow these steps:
Open JBL Headphones App
Select “My Devices”
Select “Edit”
Enter a new name
Save changes
Restart your earbuds by holding down the power button for 10 seconds
Your new name will now appear on your device screen and in JBL Headphones App

To reset your JBL TUNE230NC TWS, please follow these steps:
Open JBL Headphones App
Select “My Devices”
Select “Edit”
Select “Reset”
Confirm reset
Restart your earbuds by holding down the power button for 10 seconds
Your earbuds will now be reset to factory default settings
Your new name will now appear on your device screen and in JBL Headphones App

Clean the AirPod and Charging Case
Perhaps the most common reason an AirPod stops charging is because the charging contacts are dirty and have grime on the AirPod stem, inside the Charging Case, or both.

If you are using wired earphones and you notice one side is silent, the first thing you should do is check to make sure the earphones are connected properly. Disconnect the headphones from the headphone jack and reinsert them. Make sure it snaps all the way in. See if this fixes the problem.

If its stuck in mono mode simply put the headphones back in the case, turn off your Bluetooth, hold the tops of the buds 5 seconds to reset and once you see both headphones flashing red & blue tap both headphones 4 x’s then you should see it reset and only one headphone flashes blue & red then reconnect and your all .

When your JBL headphones flash blue, that means the unable to connect to peripheral device (computer, phone, tablet etc.). This usually comes from a minor software bug. The good news is that in most cases fixing this problem is both quick and easy.
