JBL GO 2 is IPX7 waterproof.
IMPORTANT: To ensure that the JBL GO 2 is waterproof, please remove all cable connections and tightly close the cap; exposing the JBL GO 2 to liquids without doing so may result in permanent damage to the speaker. And do not expose JBL GO 2 to water while charging, as doing so may result in permanent damage to the speaker or power source. IPX7 waterproof is defined as the speaker can be immersed in water up to lm for up to 30 minutes.
If the speaker will not be used for a long period of time, please recharge the battery at least once every 3 months. Battery life will vary due to usage patterns and environmental conditions.

Hi, Greetings.
Is there anyway to make JBL GO 2 not going sleep mode. I need this product should be always ON, if I not charging, not playing media and not connected Bluetooth.
Because I’m planing to use this product inside some other device with Aux cable connected, And charger will be plugged only battery low conditions. Can you please suggest an solution for this?

How can I disable the auto-off or sleep mode on the JBL GO 2 to keep it always on?
The JBL GO 2 features an automatic power-saving function that turns the device off after approximately 10-15 minutes of inactivity (no audio signal or Bluetooth connection). Unfortunately, the official user manual does not provide a setting or button combination to disable this "Auto-Off" feature.
For your specific use case, please consider the following:
If your application requires the speaker to be "always ready" without manual intervention, the JBL GO 2 may not be the ideal choice due to this hard-coded power-saving logic.
