Application
To equip an EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area) workplace, it is necessary to place, among other items, an ESD table mat on the workplace.
These components help to protect static-sensitive components from electrostatic discharge by dissipating charge from objects placed on their surface. This prevents sensitive components from being damaged by electrostatic discharges.

The table mat is heat, solder, oil and chemical resistant.
It comes with an anti-reflective grey surface, anon-slipping bottom-side and rounded corners.
Each table mat is equipped with two ø10 mm press studs, any of which can be connected to a grounded connection or a grounded common point.
*References TM45 and TM90 include only the table mat.
TM20
ESD Spiral Earthing Cable
The spiral earthing cable has a length of 2.4 m / 94.49 in and is made out of a highly elastic material that allows the user great freedom of movement when working.
It comes in black color and with 2 press studs – one with a ø10 mm (female) connector and the other with ø3 mm (female) connector.
The electrical resistance is 1MΩ at each connector.
Connect the ø3 mm press stud to the ESD earthing wristband and the ø10 mm press stud directly to the grounded common point.
TM21
ESD Earthing Cable
The ESD earthing cable has a length of 4 m / 157.48 in and is suitable for ESD table mats and floor coverings.
It comes in black color and is equipped with a protective cap, a ø10 mm press stud (female) and a connection eyelet.
Additionally, a pair of ø10 mm press stud (male) is included.
Connect the ø10 mm press stud to the table mat connector and the connection eyelet to the earth connection.
TM50
ESD Earthing Wristband.
The earthing wristband has a length of 220 mm / 8.66 in and comes with a buckle that allows to adjust the length of the strap and incorporates a ø3 mm press stud.
The wristband is anti allergic and and is made out of silver and carbon. Its fabric comes in red color and can be washed. The earthing wristband is tested according to BGI 818: 2001.

ESD Earthing Plug
(For EU socket outlet)
This ESD earthing plug can be used at ESD protection zones.
When connected accordingly, it discharges static electricity from people or objects to prevent damage by electrostatic discharges to electronic devices and components.
The plug comes in yellow color and is equipped with two ø10 mm press studs (female) as well as a M5 screw connection.
The electrical resistance is 1 MΩ at each connector

JBC’s 2 year warranty covers this equipment against all manufacturing defects, including the replacement of defective parts and labor.
Warranty does not cover product wear or misuse.
In order for the warranty to be valid, equipment must be returned, postage paid, to the dealer where it was purchased.
This product should not be thrown in the garbage.
In accordance with the European directive 2012/19/EU, electronic equipment at the end of its life must be collected and returned to an authorized recycling facility
