ADV. warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for three years from the date of original purchase. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Open the charging case, turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone, and select 'ADV. SLEEPER TWS' from the device settings. If you have issues, return the earbuds to the case, close it, and retry.
