5. התקנה

1. Ensure the air sander is disconnected from the air supply.
2. Align the backing plate with the spindle of the air sander.
3. Use the provided screwdriver and screw to securely fasten the backing plate.
4. Ensure the backing plate is tightly secured before use.

3. Press firmly to ensure a secure attachment.

The random-orbit action of this tool is designed to reduce swirl marks. Apply even pressure and move the tool in overlapping passes across the surface.

6.2.1 Sponge Polishing Pads

• Green T120 (Heavy Cut): For removing heavy defects, deep scratches, and oxidation.
• Blue T40 (Medium Cut): For removing moderate swirl marks, light scratches, and water spots.
• Red T20 (Light Cut): For finishing, light polishing, and applying glazes or sealants.

6.2.2 Wool Polishing Pads

Wool pads are generally used for more aggressive cutting and polishing, especially for removing deeper imperfections.

6.2.3 Microfiber Polishing Pads

Microfiber pads offer a balance between cutting and finishing, effective for removing moderate defects and enhancing gloss.

• Allow pads to air dry completely. This prevents solvent-based compounds and cleaners from remaining and protects the foam's cell structure.

7.2 General Tool Care

• Regularly check air connections for leaks and ensure they are secure.
• Store the tool in a clean, dry environment when not in use.
• Do not over-saturate the pad with compound; too much compound can lead to diminished performance.
