The following tools and components are typically required for the installation of the Villeroy & Boch SupraFix 3.0 system:

• Wall fixings (plugs, bolts)

Installation Procedure

Step 1: Assemble Mounting Bracket

Connect the main parts of the SupraFix 3.0 mounting bracket. Secure these parts using the provided screws and tighten them to a torque of 10 Nm [wrench].

Step 2: Fix Bracket to Wall

Position the assembled bracket on the wall. Mark the drilling points. Ensure the bracket is set at a distance of 60-80 mm from the wall surface. Drill the holes, insert the wall plugs, and then securely attach the bracket to the wall using the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 10 Nm [wrench].

Step 3: Insert Guide Sleeves

Insert the guide sleeves into their designated positions within the mounting bracket.

Step 4: Attach Toilet

Carefully mount the wall-hung toilet onto the guide sleeves. Secure the toilet using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure correct alignment by following the specified dimensions (L1, L2, L3), noting that L3 should be approximately 3 mm less than the combined length of L1 and L2. Tighten all fixings securely.

Step 5: Connect Water and Install Flush Plate

Connect the water supply line to the toilet. Install the flush plate (Model: 92228700) onto the wall. It is recommended to wait for 24 hours [clock emoji ⏰] after installation before the first use, allowing any sealants or adhesives to cure properly.
