Press the Heat button to cycle through Low, Medium, High heat levels, or to turn the heat function off. The heat can reach up to 131°F (55°C) and heats up within 1 minute.

- Cleaning Foot Sleeves: The foot sleeves are detachable via zippers. Unzip and remove them for cleaning. They can be hand-washed or machine-washed (gentle cycle) and air-dried.
