2. Informazioni sulla sicurezza

Welding can be dangerous. Always follow safety precautions to prevent injury or death. Read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating this machine.

  • Raggi dell'arco: Arc rays can burn eyes and skin. Wear a welding helmet with appropriate shade filter. Wear protective clothing (leather gloves, long sleeves, heavy pants).
  • Ustioni: Hot metal and sparks can cause severe burns. Wear protective clothing and gloves.
  • Rumore: Il rumore eccessivo può danneggiare l'udito. Indossare protezioni acustiche.

Machine Specific Safety:

  • Ensure the machine is connected to a properly rated power supply (100V/220V) and grounded.

10. Suggerimenti per l'utente

  • Inizia con impostazioni più basse: If you are new to a specific welding process or material, start with lower current and voltage settings and gradually increase them until you achieve the desired weld.
  • La pratica rende perfetti: Dedicate time to practice on scrap materials to get a feel for the machine and different welding techniques.
  • La pulizia è fondamentale: Always ensure your workpiece is clean and free of rust, paint, or oil. Contaminants can lead to poor weld quality and increased spatter.
  • Proper Gas Flow (Gas MIG): Maintain the correct gas flow rate for Gas MIG welding to ensure proper shielding and prevent porosity in your welds.
  • Sporgenza del filo: Keep a consistent wire stick-out (the length of wire extending from the contact tip) for stable arc and good penetration.
