Button and port functions

NOTE

Charging your HiFi Dream Time

NOTE
Make sure your HiFi Dream Time is fully charged before using it the first time.

  • Gently plug the Micro-USB end of the included charge cable into the Charge port on the HiFi Dream Time and plug the other USB-A end into a powered USB source.

Getting started (first-time use)

  • Power on the speaker using the ON/OFF switch.
  • Press the MODE button until you hear “Bluetooth mode’
  • Select Bluetooth ID “HiFi Dream Time” from your Bluetooth-enabled device.
  • To power off the HiFi, Dream Time moves the ON/OFF switch to the “OFF position.

Setting the clock

  • Power on the speaker on using the ON/OFF switch.
  • Press and hold the MODE button until the year starts flashing: use the Track forward/Trackback buttons to change the year.
  • Press and release the MODE button again to change the date; use the Track forward/Track back to change the month, press and release the MODE button again to change the day.
  • Press and release the MODE button a third time to change the clock; use the Track forward/Track back to change the hour, press and release the MODE button again to change the minutes.
  • When the time is set, press and release the MODE button to enter back into Clock mode.

Setting an alarm

  • Press and release the MODE button until you hear “Alarm mode”
  • Press and hold the MODE button until the hour numbers start to flash. Use the Track forward/Track back to change the hour; press and release the MODE button again to change
    the minutes.
  • Press and release the Volume down button to turn the alarm on or off. You will see an alarm icon with the number “1” when the alarm is on.
  • When the alarm is set, press and release the MODE button to exit alarm mode.

Playing via LINE IN (wired)

  • Power on the speaker using the ON/OFF switch.
  • Plug one end of the included audio cable into the LINE IN port on the back of the speaker, you will hear “LINE IN mode”
  • Plug the other end of the cable into your audio device.

Playing in FM mode

  • Power on the speaker using the ON/OFF switch.
  • Press and release the MODE button until you hear “FM mode’
  • Press and hold the MODE button to enter the “Scan and Channel save” function.

NOTES

  • Adjust the volume to the desired level on your device before using the HiFi Dream Time.
  • You must enter “Bluetooth° mode” in order to play music via Bluetooth° or answer calls.
  • You must enter the Scan and Channel save function first to save FM radio stations.
  • The speaker will default to Clock mode when the speaker is powered on.
  • When the HiFi Dream Time is powered on, your device will automatically find and pair with the HiFi Dream Time after the initial pairing.
  • The “10% low battery” indicator only works when the HiFi
  • Dream Time is on. If you are unable to find or pair with the HiFi Dream Time, try turning your Bluetooth° off and on.

Important safety precautions

  • Recharge the battery every 3 months when not in use to keep the battery in the best condition.
  • Incorrect use or incompatibility with your device may result in damage or reduced battery performance.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble the product.
  • Tampering with your device can result in damage to your product, void of warranty, and could cause injuries.
  • Store and operate between 32°F – 113°F.
  • Do not place this product near a heat source or flame.
  • The internal battery must be recycled or disposed of properly. Contact your local waste management office for information on the proper disposal or recycling.
  • Do not Listen at a high-volume level. Extended high volume levels can impair hearing
  • Do not use it when a failure to hear your surroundings could be dangerous.

Warranty information

All isOUND products come with a limited warranty and have been subjected to a thorough series of tests to ensure the highest level of dependability and compatibility. It is unlikely that you will experience any problem, but if a defect should become apparent during the use of this product, iso warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of your original purchase.

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs to a product purchased in the U.S. or Canada, isOUND, at its option, will repair or replace the product purchased at no charge or refund the original purchase price. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product may be substituted at the sole discretion of sound. For isOUND products purchased outside of the U.S. and Canada, please ask the store where it was purchased for further information.
