Rammasamsetning:
There are many ways to build it, none are really wrong or right, but I had to choose one to use for the instructions
Step 1: Build the top frame
Pieces required: Qty 5, 46″ length EX-1010 – 1″ x 1″ Smooth T-Slotted Aluminum Extrusion Qty 4, 24″ length EX-1010 – 1″ x 1″ Smooth T-Slotted Aluminum Extrusion Qty 4, Corner Bracket, Orientation #1 Qty 4, Corner Bracket, Orientation #2 Qty 4, Corner Bracket, “Double Double” Qty 2, “T-Brackets” Qty 2, Polycarbonate Sheets “Roof Panel”, 46.5″ x 23″
You’re building this pic in this step.

Step 1: Build the top frame continued
For each corner you will need these brackets. Qty 1: “Double Double” Bracket Qty 1: Corner Bracket, Orientation #1 Qty 1: Corner Bracket, Orientation #2
Loosely slide in the “Double Double” into two of the 46″ legs as shown.
Loosely slide in one of each of the Orientation #1 & #2 corner brackets with the triple t-nut side facing up. These will attach to your vertical upright.
Page | 5 of 16 Revision 2025-06-30
Insert the 24″ vertical upright and tighten down all t-nuts. Repeat this step one more time to create a “U” shape with one open side to slide in the roof polycarbonate.
It will look like this when done.
Page | 6 of 16 Revision 2025-06-30
Start by sliding in a roof panel with the notched end towards the uprights.
Page | 7 of 16 Revision 2025-06-30
Now grab the two T-Brackets and one 46″ bar. Slide the T-Brackets into each end of the 46″ bar. Slide it as a unit into the roof section so the roof panel slots into it as shown (note the frame is rotated for the picture to show orientation of the T-Brackets). Tighten down all the T-Nuts.
Next, take the remaining parts for Step 1 to complete the roof assembly. Parts Required:
Qty 1, 46″ length EX-1010 – 1″ x 1″ Smooth T-Slotted Aluminum Extrusion Qty 2, 24″ length EX-1010 – 1″ x 1″ Smooth T-Slotted Aluminum Extrusion Qty 2, Corner Bracket, Orientation #1 Qty 2, Corner Bracket, Orientation #2 Qty 2, Corner Bracket, “Double Double” Qty 1, Polycarbonate Sheet “Roof Panel”, 46.5″ x 23″ Steps: Slide the roof panel into the opening with the flat end towards the middle bar. Assemble the remaining bars and corner brackets the same way as the beginning of step 1. Tighten everything down. It will look like the pic below when done.
Page | 8 of 16 Revision 2025-06-30
Now loosen the t-nuts only for the uprights and remove them. Set the completed roof panel aside. It will look like the pic below.

Step 2: Side walls and floor frame:
Pieces required: Qty 4, 46″ length EX-1010 – 1″ x 1″ Smooth T-Slotted Aluminum Extrusion Qty 4, 24″ length EX-1010 – 1″ x 1″ Smooth T-Slotted Aluminum Extrusion Qty 4, Corner Bracket, Orientation #1 Qty 4, Corner Bracket, Orientation #2 Qty 4, Corner Bracket, “Double Double” Qty 8, “Floor Brackets” Qty 3, Polycarbonate Sheets “Sidewalls”, 46.5″ x 22.5″
Page | 10 of 16 Revision 2025-06-30
Insert the 24″ vertical upright and tighten down all t-nuts.
Add in two each of the floor brackets on each 46″ bar. These can be tightened in an even spacing on each bar. These will support the plywood floor. Repeat step until you’ve built the frame for the bottom. It will look like the pic below when completed.

It will look like the pic below when assembled.
Assemble the door frame
Page | 13 of 16 Revision 2025-06-30
Loosely assemble the t-nuts onto the hinges. The flat side goes toward the hinge. o Slide them into one of the 19.875″ bars. o Make sure the side of the hinge with nothing attached is on the left of the bar as in the assembled pic above.
Using one each of the orientation #1 & #2 corner brackets loosely slide the “double” side into the 19.875″ bar making sure the “triple” ends extend off to the right of the bar.
Take the 23″ bars and slide them onto the “triple” ends of the corner brackets. Slide in the polycarbonate “Door Panel”, 21.625″ x 20.25″. Loosely attach the t-nuts to the handle and slide into the remaining 19.875″ bar. Loosely attach the single t-nuts to the receiver end of the deadbolt and slide into the same 19.875″ bar.
o There’s a plastic spacer to help with alignment. o It should be flush in the right side as in the pic below. Using one each of the orientation #1 & #2 corner brackets loosely slide the “double” side into the 19.875″ bar making sure the “triple” ends extend to the left of the bar to attach to the door frame. Slide the vertical bar onto the frame to create the door frame. Align everything and tighten down the t-nuts on all the corner brackets.
Loosely attach the single t-nuts to deadbolt. o There’s a plastic spacer to help with alignment. o Align it flush to the left as in the pic above.
Slide onto the 23″ bar and mildly tighten.
Page | 14 of 16 Revision 2025-06-30
Install the door:
Slide the door hinges on to the lefthand upright as pictured below. They can be left loose for now. Loosely slide in the 22″ bar to the T-Bracket on the bottom frame.
Drop in sidewall and install roof.
Drop in the sidewall panel next to the door orientated so its height is 22.5″ and width 22.125″. Take the roof structure and loosely add in the T-Bracket to the 46″ bar in the same fashion as you did on the floor
earlier. This is the upper support for the 22″ bar the deadbolt is mounted to. Drop the roof on, slowly, aligning with the corners and deadbolt bar.
o There is a lot to align here, go slowly and kinda wiggle it on. You may need to loosen some of the brackets to align everything on the way down.
o This is easiest when done with two people, although it can be done solo.
Page | 15 of 16 Revision 2025-06-30
Almost done
Time to wrap things up
Go thru and align/tighten all the t-bolts on the frame. Align/tighten the door hinges to your liking to make sure the door swings freely. Align/tighten the deadbolt assembly. When aligned properly it will pop in/out with no resistance. Go thru every t-bolt and bracket one more time to make sure all are aligned and tight.
Viðbótarskref
Fasten the floor to its brackets using the hardware of your choice. Cut and add 2x4s as “bumpers” or “kickplates” around the edge of the floor to protect the polycarbonate.
o These can be drilled in from the bottom of the floor. If you haven’t already, remove the protective film from the polycarbonate.
Congrats!!! You now have a 4x4x2 arena that’s safe for testing & practice fights.
