IPC 360 Home App

Specifications

• Camera WiFi protocol: 802.11b/g/n
• 5 GHz WiFi: not supported
• Recommended WiFi band for setup: 2.4 GHz
• Memory card: inserted into the camera’s card slot; hot plug not supported (insert when the device is powered off)
• Reset behavior: press and hold Reset for about 6 seconds to resume/restore factory settings (when prompted)

Quick Setup/Use

1. Download and install the app IPC360 Home (either by scanning the QR code or searching for IPC360 Home in the mobile app store).
2. Insert the memory card into the camera’s card slot (insert only when the device is powered off).
3. Connect the power cord to the power adapter and power on the device to start.
4. Before downloading/installation and during setup, connect your phone to a wireless network: the camera uses 802.11b/g/n and does not support 5 GHz WiFi (use 2.4 GHz).
5. Open IPC360 Home and register: click “registration”, enter your mobile phone number or mailbox to obtain a verification code, then enter the verification code and set a password (confirm password). Complete registration via user agreement and privacy policy.
6. Log in using the username and password on the app’s home page.
7. Add the device: tap the “+” button (top right), then scan the QR code on the device.
8. During connection, when prompted about WLAN risk, tap “Trust”. Select your WiFi name from the list, enter the WiFi password, and tap OK.
9. Wait for the Internet connection; once you hear the connection sound, setup is complete.

Installation guide

• Method 1: Scan the QR code below to quickly download and install it
• Method 2: Search for “IPC360 Home” and download the installation in the mobile app store.

Opens the device

• First, install the memory card into the camera card slot (the memory card does not support hot plug; please plug the memory card in if the device is powered off)
• Then the connect the power cord to the power adapter, and power on for the device to start.

Note: Before downloading and installing, it is recommended to connect to the wireless network (the camera supports 802.11b/g/n protocol does not support 5 G WiFi. Please sure that thephone and the router are connected through 2.4G WIFI)

Account registration and login

• Open the “IPC360 Home” APP
• Click the “registration” button at the lower left, enter the mobile phone number or mailbox to obtain the verification code, and then fill in the verification code, password, and confirmation password accordingly.
• Click to “User Agreement and Privacy Policy” to complete registration.
• After the registration, fill in the “user name, password” on the home page of the APP to log in.

Add the device

• After successful landing, click the “+” button in the top right corner to add the device
• Align the QR code on the body to scan and add
• Connect according to the APP interface step boot, prompted.

Note:

• Before adding a device, connect your phone to the WiFi network that you need to configure
• After the camera is turned on, the red indicator light will turn on and flash. After a few seconds, the next step will appear (If not prompted for a long time, please press Reset for about 6 seconds, and the camera will enter and resume the factory settings).

• When the connection process prompts that WLAN is at Risk, click Trust
• When the WiFi list pops up, please select the WiFi name that you need to connect to, fill in the password, and click OK
• When you hear the Internet connection, the connection is complete.

Note:

• If you do not find your WiFi name in the list, you can find it again through the refresh below
• The connection process is distributed as close as possible to the router.
