IoTPortal Gateway

The IoTPortal Gateway is a device that allows you to connect your IoT devices to the internet. It can be powered through PoE or DC input and has a Power LED that shows red for PoE af and orange for PoE at/DC input.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Step 1: Power up the Gateway either through PoE or DC input.
    • The Power LED will show red (PoE af) or orange (PoE at/DC input).
  2. Step 2: Download and install the IoTPortal mobile app from Google Play or App Store and sign up for an account.
  3. Step 3: Using the mobile app, add the Gateway to
    IoTPortal.
    • Click on the `Scan’ icon to add the gateway.
    • Scan the QR code label on the gateway and choose `Save’.
    • Visit or scan the QR code for warranty registration with the UUID and Product Key available at https://brtsys.com/warranty STICKER AREA
  4. Step 4: From the Gateway list, choose the recently added Gateway (Not OnBoarded).
    • Select On-Board Gateway button and choose Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
  5. Step 5: For Ethernet On-Boarding, connect a network cable. For Wi-Fi OnBoarding, follow the in-app instructions.

Let’s on-board your IoTPortal Gateway!

Step 1.
Power up the Gateway either through PoE or DC input.

Step 2.
Download and install the IoTPortal mobile app from Google Play or App Store and sign up for an account. IoT-Portal-Gateway-02

Step 3.
Using the mobile app, add Gateway to IoTPortal.
Click on the ‘Scan’ icon to add gateway. Scan QR code label on the gateway and choose ‘Save.’ IoT-Portal-Gateway-0

Step 4.
From the Gateway list, choose the recently added Gateway (Not On-Boarded). Select On-Board Gateway button and choose Ethernet or Wi-Fi. IoT-Portal-Gateway-03

Step 5.
For Ethernet On-Boarding, connect a network cable. For Wi-Fi On-Boarding, follow the in-app instructions. IoT-Portal-Gateway-04
