Add a WiFi device
- Power on the device, and wait for the device prompts
“Please configure WiFi,” or the light flashes. - Log in to the “ToWell” app, enable the Bluetooth function on your phone, click the “+” add button on the interface, and enter the automatic device search interface.
- Find the device you need to add in the search results, click the”Connect” button on the right, and follow the instructions to add the device.

Data Storage
TF Card storage (1)
Insert a TF card to store recordings locally. Playback is accessible via the TF card.
- 32GB supports 7-day playback, 64GB supports 14-day playback, and 128GB supports 30-day playback.
- When the TF card is full, new recordings will overwrite the oldest data.

Product key and indicator light description
- Power on: Turn the DIP switch to ON until the indicator light turns on, which means the power is on.
- Power off: Long the DIP switch to OFF until the indicator light goes off, which means the power is off.
- Reset button: When the camera is powered on, long-press the reset button until the indicator light flashes and then release it, which restores the factory settings.
- Indicator light status:
- The indicator light flashes slowly, indicating that the network is not connected.
- The indicator light is always on, indicating that the network connection is successful.
- Charge prompt: When charging, the red light is on, and the indicator light goes off after full charge (this prompt applies to battery-powered devices, and can be ignored for constant power models)

Q: How dæs the camera < or videos?
- Local TF card storage, supports up to 256 GB, automatically saves older videos when the TF card is full, and records in a loop.
- Cloud storage.
Q: What to the camera need to be connected ed go offline abnormally during use?
- Check if the camera power and router network are normal.
- Unplug the camera power and restart the camera.
- Restore the camera to factory settings (long-press the Reset button for about 5-10 seconds until you hear the “Restore to Factory” prompt sound, then release), and then add the device again according to the instructions.

ToWell app live stream disconnects after a few seconds, after the recent software update on my mobile phone.when l open the live stream,it automatically disconnects and kicks me out.l have restarting the router, changing resolution and reinstalling the app but the problem persists.this happens both on wi-fi and mobile data.please fix this compatibility issue in the next update.Thank you.
