Hardware Installation
Please follow steps below to ensure the optimal performance:
- Step 1
Connect the USB-C connector to the computer and allow the driver to install.
Note: If you are using a computer that doesn’t have the driver installed for this device, please visit www.iogear.com for driver download. - Step 2
Connect the RS-232 connector to a serial device. - Step 3
Power on the serial device.
