DESCRIPTION

Interra iX7 touch panel is designed to control the entire automation system from a single smart point. Interra İX7 can control complex systems such as switches, simple sensors, lighting, camera systems, and alarm systems from a central point. Moreover, iX7 can also control the air conditioning systems with 2 2-point mode by thermostat functionality. Mobile control can be done by downloading InterraX software from online software markets related to IOS or Android-based devices. Also, the configuration software (Interra Configurator) can be downloaded from our website (www.interratechnology.com) for the iX7 touch panel configuration.

MAIN FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Automation Control: Control EIO (IO Module controlled over ethernet) and KNX automation systems with the Interra Touch Panel.
  • Timer Feature: Schedule operations daily, weekly, monthly, or annually using the panel s timer.
  • Security Control: Manage security systems and view cameras via the panel and mobile apps.

Voltage: The panel is powered with 12 12-30 VDC via 2 2-pos red coloured connectors. The connector label shows the correct polarity for cable connections.
KNX: The panel has a blue 2 2-pos connector for the KNX port. The connector label shows the correct polarity for cable connections.
USB: The iX7 features two USB host connectors on the side panel for storage expansion.
Ethernet: The panel includes a standard 10/100Mbps RJ45 Ethernet connector.
I/O: The panel has 6 digital dry contact inputs and 6 relay outputs, Input 6 (the sixth input) input)” can operate in digital or analog mode. A temperature sensor can be connected to input 6. Output relay contacts capable of driving 250VAC 5A resistive loads. INTERRA-iX7-Touch-Panel-FIG- (4)

Note: Input 6 operates in analog or digital mode on products that support analog functionality.

MOUNTING

  1. First, the mounting box must be attached to a suitable place on the wall. The long side of the mounting box should be placed at a right angle to the ground.
  2. Then, iX7 is attached to the mounting box as shown in the left figure, and the mounting process is completed. INTERRA-iX7-Touch-Panel-FIG- (8)

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • The device may only be installed and put into operation by a qualified electrician or authorized personnel.
  • For planning and construction of electrical installations, the appropriate specifications, guidelines, and regulations in force in the respective country must be followed.
  • Do not connect the main voltage (230 VAC) or any other external voltages to any point of the KNX bus.
  • Connecting an external voltage might put the KNX system at risk. Please do not overlook this issue.
  • Ensure there is sufficient insulation between the 230 VAC voltage cables and the KNX bus.
  • The maximum screwing torque value should be 1.2 Nm during the mounting process of the mount case and touch panel.
  • Do not use aerosol sprays, solvents, or abrasives that might damage the device.
  • Accessibility of the device for operation and visual inspection must be provided.
