Usage Instructions
- Step #1: Assemble Bearing Race
- Attach the Universal Motor Mount Adapter to the Bearing Race using 4-40 x 3/4 FHS screws. Then, place the Bearing Race Cover over the assembly..

- Attach the Universal Motor Mount Adapter to the Bearing Race using 4-40 x 3/4 FHS screws. Then, place the Bearing Race Cover over the assembly..
- Step #2: Attach Universal Motor Mount Adapter and Bearing Race Cover
- Bolt the entire bearing assembly together using 4-40 x 3/4 Pan Head Screws and Nuts.

- Step #3: Bolt Bearing Assembly Together
- Attach the Rotation Servo to the Rotation Servo Mount using the screws provided in the servo kit. Then, attach the Rotation Servo Pulley to the Round Servo Horn using #4 Pan Head Screws.

- Attach the Rotation Servo to the Rotation Servo Mount using the screws provided in the servo kit. Then, attach the Rotation Servo Pulley to the Round Servo Horn using #4 Pan Head Screws.
- Step #4: Attach the Rotation Servo and Pulley
- Install the Belt as shown in the diagram (not provided in text). Secure the belt using the Belt Clamp and a 4-40 x 1/2 Round Head Screw

Troubleshooting
- Bearing Assembly Not Smooth: Ensure all 50 steel balls are properly seated in the bearing race. Check for any debris or misalignment.
- Servo Not Responding: Verify the servo is correctly wired and powered. Check the servo horn for proper attachment.
- Belt Slipping: Ensure the belt is tensioned correctly. Tighten the Belt Clamp if necessary. Check for any obstructions in the belt path.
- Loose Connections: Periodically check all screws and nuts for tightness to prevent parts from becoming loose during operation.
