BT Mode

  1. First Bluetooth Connection: Set the mode switch to BT, and within 2 minutes, operate the computer to connect the mouse via Bluetooth. For mice that have already been connected to a computer, when using again, set the switch to BT, and it will automatically reconnect.

  1. Connection Method 2.4G Mode:
    1. Take out the receiver from the bottom of the mouse.
    2. Plug the receiver into the device’s USB port.
    3. Set the bottom switch of the mouse to 2.4G.
      BT Mode:
      First Bluetooth Connection: Set the mode switch to BT, and within 2 minutes, operate the computer to connect the mouse via Bluetooth. For mice that have already been connected to a computer, when using again, set the switch to BT, and it will automatically reconnect.

  3. Low Battery Warning: When the voltage drops below 3.3V, the mouse enters low-power mode, and a white battery indicator light will flash. The power will automatically turn off when the voltage reaches 3.0V.
  4. Bluetooth Pairing Time: Bluetooth pairing occurs within 2 minutes, and reconnection happens within 5 seconds.
  5. Mouse Sleep Mode: The mouse will enter shallow sleep after being idle for 0.5 to 10 minutes. You can wake it up by moving the mouse or pressing a button. After  10 minutes of inactivity, the mouse will enter deep sleep and can only be awakened by pressing a button. Supported Systems for Bluetooth Mouse 5.0 Version: WIN8/WlN10, macOS, Android (version 5.04 and above), iOS (version 13.0 and above).

The following warranty exclusions:

  1. Non-NPHIC products.
  2. Unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, modification, or tampering.
  3. Expired warranty.
  4. Damage due to force majeure.
  5. Improper storage leading to damage.
  6. The warranty void if the product remains uncharged for six months, potentially affecting performance.
  7.  Malfunctions resulting from human error are not covered.

NOTES

  1. Please find the USB receiver at the bottom of the mouse (not individually packed).
  2. For optimal battery lifespan and safety, we recommend charging the mouse using a computer USB port.
  3. If the mouse cannot connect to the device, please:
    1. Reconnect the mouse.
    2. Charge the mouse promptly for at least two hours or until fully charged before use.
  4. If the mouse cursor is lagging, not sensitive, unable to move, or moving uncontrollably, please:  Check for foreign objects in the lens hole at the bottom of the mouse.
    1. Remove the blue film from the bottom.
    2. Use a mouse pad.
    3. Check if the DPI is set too low.
    4. Charge the mouse promptly.
  • Normal operating environment: 0 C -40 C , 40%-85%RH.
  • Do not immerse the product in any liquid or expose it to hot/humid environments.
  • If the product is exposed to temperatures outside the specified range, immediately turn off the power switch (unplug the USB cable for wired mouse) until the temperature stabilizes within the specified operating range.
  • Do not charge rechargeable products in hot/humid environments. Ensure that the charging cable, keyboard, mouse, and USB ports are dry and free of debris during charging.
  • If the product’s connection cable or charging cable is damaged in any way, stop using it immediately.
  • This product contains no user-serviceable parts. If the product does not function properly, please contact customer service.
  • Do not attempt to modify or repair the product yourself, as this will void the warranty.
  • If rechargeable products are not used for a long period, fully charge them first, tum off the power switch, and store them in a cool, dry place. Charge the product every three months to prevent damage to the battery from long periods without power.

WARNING

  1. The product contains small parts. Do not let children use this product unsupervised.
  2. Please do not discard this product carelessly. Dispose of it according to electronic product recycling regulations.
