- Open the safe using one of the emergency override keys. Insert the key into the keyhole located behind the keypad cover, turn it clockwise, and rotate the knob to open the door.

2. Setting Your Personal Code
Your safe comes with a factory default code (usually 1-5-9). It is highly recommended to change this immediately.
- With the safe door open, press the red reset button located on the inside of the door, near the hinges. You will hear a beep.
- On the keypad, enter your new personal code (3 to 8 digits).

- Test your new code with the door open before closing it. Enter your code, then press '#'. The green light should illuminate, allowing you to turn the knob and retract the bolts.

For enhanced security, the safe can be mounted to a drawer or other flat surface using the pre-drilled holes and included hardware.

- Choose a suitable location, such as inside a desk drawer, where the safe can be securely fastened.
- Mark the positions for the mounting holes on the chosen surface using the safe's pre-drilled holes as a template.
- Drill pilot holes into the surface.
- Align the safe with the pilot holes and secure it using the provided screws and anchors. Ensure the safe is firmly attached.

Operating the Safe

1. Opening with Electronic Keypad
- Enter your personal code (3 to 8 digits).
- Press the '#' button. The green light will illuminate.

2. Opening with Emergency Override Key
Use this method if you forget your code or if the batteries are depleted.

- Gently remove the keypad cover to reveal the keyhole.
