Troubleshooting
- PDF generation fails or does not work: Verify that N4L_CVS_2_PDF is stored in the same location as the IECSoft software installation on the PC/laptop.
- You cannot see an amendment option in the initial standard dropdown: The manual notes that some standard committees issue amendments that are not displayed in the initial dropdown. Configure and select those amendment options at the next stage of the selection process.
- You can’t find the desired standard/version: Standards are listed in numerical order, and when multiple editions are available, the most recent release appears first. Use the dropdown/category list to select the correct version.
