Installation Steps
Step 1: Choose the Combination that Fits Your VESA Hole Pattern
Diagram shows the faceplate (01A) with various VESA hole patterns labeled 1 through 9. Extender brackets (02, 03) are shown attaching to the faceplate using bolts [G] and nuts [H].
Note: Please DO NOT fully tighten bolts [G] and nuts [H] until Step 2 is finished. The extender brackets should connect to the faceplate as demonstrated.
VESA patterns supported:
- 1: 75 x 75mm (3 x 3")

- 8: 200 x 300mm (7.9 x 11.8")
- 9: 200 x 400mm (7.9 x 15.7")
Additional VESA patterns (10, 11, 12) are shown for 400x300mm, 300x300mm, and 400x400mm.
Step 2: Attach the Faceplate with Extender Brackets to the TV
2-1 Select TV Bolts
Diagrams show M4, M6, and M8 TV bolts. Instructions indicate to hand thread bolts into the threaded inserts on the back of your TV to determine which bolt (M4, M6 or M8) to use. A minimum of 4-5 turns into the threading is required. Do not turn past the bottom of the hole.
Icons indicate correct (✔️) and incorrect (❌) bolt selection.
2-2 Spacer and Bolt Configurations
Diagrams illustrate different configurations for attaching the faceplate (01A) to the TV back using various bolts and spacers, depending on the TV's back design:
- Option A: For Flat Back TVs
- Option B: For Curved Back TVs
- Option C: For TVs with a Bump
- Option D: For TVs with Protruding Cables
- Option E: For TVs with Recessed Holes
Each option shows the required bolts (e.g., D1/E1/F1), washers (C1/B1), and spacers (C2/B2 or C2/B2/B3). Text notes specify how to use spacers for curved backs, bumps, or recessed areas.
Note for Options A, B, C, D, E: DO NOT overtighten.
For curved backs, spacers must be tall enough so the curved back does not interfere with the mounting plate.
For bumps, the faceplate must be flush on the bump and leveled by spacers on the gap.
For protruding cables, use spacers to create extra space between the TV and faceplate.
For recessed holes, spacers fill the holes while keeping the faceplate close to the TV.
2-3 Secure the Faceplate or Faceplate with Extender Brackets to Your TV
Diagram shows the faceplate attached to the TV with bolts. An arrow indicates the correct orientation (UP).
Final tightening instruction: When you finish securing the TV bolts into the TV, please remember to tighten nuts [H] using a 7/16" (11mm) Socket Wrench.
Step 3: Mount the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate on the Wall
Option A: For Wood Studs, follow this section.
Option B: For Solid Concrete or Brick Walls, follow Page 13.
Option A: For Wood Studs
Instructions:
- Use a stud finder or awl to locate wood studs or verify edges. Mark the edge and center locations.
- Position the arm assembly / wall plate [01B] at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud centerline.
- Level the wall plate and mark holes.
- Drill 3 pilot holes using a 5/32" (4mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is NOT less than 2 3/4” (70mm).
- Install the arm assembly / wall plate [01B] using the lag screws [A1].
- Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate. DO NOT overtighten.
Tools required: Stud Finder, Awl, Pencil, Electric Drill, 5/32" (4mm) Wood Drill Bit, 7/16" (11mm) Socket Wrench.
Option B: For Solid Concrete or Brick Walls
Instructions:
- Position the arm assembly / wall plate [01B] at your desired height.
- Level the wall plate and mark the pilot hole locations.
- Drill 3 pilot holes using a 3/8" (10mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is NOT less than 3” (75mm). NEVER drill into the mortar between bricks.
- Use a hammer to tap the anchors [A2] into the wall. Be sure the anchors are seated flush with the concrete or brick surface.
- Install the arm assembly / wall plate [01B] using the lag screws [A1].
- Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws.
Tools required: Pencil, Electric Drill, 3/8" (10mm) Concrete Drill Bit, Hammer, 7/16" (11mm) Socket Wrench.
Step 4: Verify the Mount is Firmly Mounted on the Wall
Diagram shows a hand pulling down on the mounted arm assembly to test stability.
Checkmark icon (✔️) indicates a secure mount. Cross icon (❌) indicates the mount is loose and requires re-checking the installation.
Reminder: Ensure the mount can support up to 77 lbs (35kg).
Step 5: Secure the TV onto the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate
Note: HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step.
Instructions:
- Remove the preassembled bolt [S1] and washer [S2], and keep them for later use.
- Hang the TV on the arm assembly / wall plate [01B], making sure the upper bolt fits into the groove on the arm assembly / wall plate [01B].
- Reattach the bolt [S1] and washer [S2] to secure it.
- Tighten the upper nut.
Tools required: Phillips Screwdriver, 1/2" (13mm) Socket Wrench.
Step 6: Adjust the Tilt Angle of the TV
Diagram shows adjusting the tilt angle of the TV using a socket wrench on tilt nuts [T].
Instructions: Slightly loosen the tilt nuts [T]. Adjust the TV to the desired angle, then fully tighten the nuts [T] again to lock the tilt angle.
Tool required: 7/16" (11mm) Socket Wrench.
Step 7: Level Adjustment
Diagram shows adjusting the level of the TV using a Phillips screwdriver on bolt [S1].
Instructions: Slightly loosen the bolt [S1]. Level the TV, then retighten the bolt to hold the TV in position.
Tools required: Phillips Screwdriver, Level.
