Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your EQi AS03 Spinning Bike:
Component Step 1: Attaching Foot Tubes and Pedals
Open the packing box, remove accessories, and place the main frame flat on the ground.
- Set the front foot tube (10) with screws into the front of the frame. Rotate the cover nut (8) and the gasket (9) using a multi-function wrench.
- Attach the rear pin (14) to the rear of the body. Pass the pin screw (12) through the body and the rear pin, then rotate to lock the rear pin.
- Attach the pad (11) to the body.
- Lock the left L and right R foot (13) onto the main frame (1) and tighten them in the thread direction.
Component Step 2: Attaching Seat Post and Cushion
- Insert the cushion lift tube (16) into the main frame. Turn the pull knob (15) to secure it.
- Install the cushion (17) onto the cushion lifting pipe (16). Secure the nuts on both sides of the cushion with tools.
Assembly Step 3: Attaching Handlebars and Console
- Insert the armrest lift pipe (2) into the main frame (1). Lock it with the seven-word knob (7).
- Install the handrail (4) onto the armrest lift pipe (2) using screws (5). Tighten the screws with tools.
- Insert the mobile phone bracket (3) into the screw hole in the armrest handle (6). Tighten the screw (6) with the tool. Ensure all parts are correctly aligned before tightening all installation bolts.
Operation Instructions
Functional Buttons:
MODE: Press to select functions. Press and hold the MODE button to reset TIME, DISTANCE, and CALORIE.
Function and Operations:
The console displays various workout metrics. The primary display shows "88.88".
- SCAN: Press the MODE button until "SCAN" appears. The monitor will cycle through all 6 functions (TIME, VELOCITY, DISTANCE, TOTAL DISTANCE, CALORIE, HEART RATE), holding each display for 5 seconds.
- TIME: Counts the total exercise time from start to end.
- VELOCITY: Displays the current speed.
- DISTANCE: Counts the total distance covered from exercise start to end.
- CALORIE: Counts the total calories burned from exercise start to end.
- TOTAL DISTANCE: Shows the total distance covered since the last battery capacity reset.
- HEART RATE: Press the MODE button until "HEART RATE" appears. Place your palms on the contact pads on the handlebars. The monitor will display your heart rate in beats per minute (BPM) after 6-7 seconds.
Remark: During pulse measurement, temporary higher readings (2-3 seconds) may occur due to contact jamming. The measurement value is not a substitute for medical diagnosis.

Notes:
- If the display is faint or shows no figures, replace the batteries.
- The monitor automatically shuts off if no signal is received for 4 minutes.
- The monitor powers on automatically when exercise begins by pressing a button with signal input.
- The monitor automatically starts calculating when you begin exercising and stops calculating after 4 seconds of inactivity.
Note: This product can be connected to kinomap and zwift.
Matters Need Attention
- Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.
- Ensure all bolts on the equipment are securely locked.
- Do not expose the equipment to wet conditions, as this may cause failure, faults, and injuries.
- Wear appropriate sportswear and sneakers before exercising.
- Avoid strenuous exercise within 40 minutes after a meal.
- Perform warm-up exercises before starting your workout to prevent injury.
- Individuals with high blood pressure should consult a doctor before exercising.
- Do not insert foreign objects into any part of the equipment, as this may cause damage.
Warranty Instructions
Warranty Scope:
The warranty covers non-human damage occurring during normal use with correct maintenance. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Defects Liability Period (Domestic):
- Steel frame: 3 years warranty
- Other parts: 12 months warranty
Conditions Not Covered by Warranty:
- Damage caused by abuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized modification.
- Damage due to abnormal maintenance.
- Other violations and resulting damage.

Warranty Terms:
- According to the instructions, normal use (from the date of purchase) allows for 7 days replacement, 3 years for the steel frame, 1 year for other parts, and lifetime maintenance.
- For products beyond the warranty period, the company will charge for accessories.
- If a fault occurs, please contact the seller promptly; do not disassemble the unit.
- Actual fees may be charged during the warranty period for the following cases:
- Failure arising from improper user use.
- Faults caused by fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
- Faults caused by movement after installation.
- Deformation or damage caused by maintenance performed by the seller or a repairman not designated by after-sales service.
