To ensure that HyperX Cloud II is the default audio device, you must follow these instructions:

For Mac:
- Click the Apple menu and select “System Preferences” from the drop-down menu.

Where can I buy the missing USB control box for my HyperX Cloud II headset and how do I connect it?
The "remote control" you are referring to is the USB Control Box. This component is essential for using the headset with a PC or Mac to enable 7.1 virtual surround sound and volume controls.
Where to buy: Replacement USB Control Boxes for the HyperX Cloud II can typically be purchased directly from the HyperX official website under the "Accessories" section, or through major online retailers like Amazon. Ensure you search specifically for the "HyperX Cloud II USB Control Box" to ensure compatibility.
How to connect it:
Note: If you are using the headset with an Xbox One, the USB Control Box is not used; instead, you connect the 3.5mm jack directly to the controller (which may require a separate Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter).
