Super-fast connections for greater efficiency
Installers spend considerable time wiring and torquing each screw to ensure the integrity of each connection. An experienced installer devotes over a minute to terminating each device. With the EdgeConnect™ user-ready screwless termination system, simply insert the wire and press the plunger down. No tools are required. The connections are fool-proof and secure. It holds wires tight but unwires easily when needed. Any qualified installer, regardless of training or experience level, can guarantee high-quality results. About 11 seconds per termination. The plungers are even color-coded, eliminating confusion.

EdgeConnect™ screwless terminations are tight from day one and stay that way, gripping hard to keep the power flowing. Even through high vibration environments that can steadily work wires loose and cause unscheduled downtime. Terminations not only stay secure, they continually adapt to changes in the wire profile when exposed to vibration caused by industrial equipment. Throughout the industry, vibration is generally expected to degrade, not improve, a product’s performance. Up to 60% higher retention
Upon installation, a 10 AWG THHN stranded wire required 40 lbs of force to disengage. After exposure to vibration per the UL standard, 65 lbs of force were required to disengage.
