Assembly and Setup

2. Sort bricks by color, shape, or sub-assembly module (station baseplates, structural walls, and vehicles) to facilitate assembly.

3. Construct the primary foundation baseplate and build the ground-level police station offices, security gates, and holding cells upward.

4. Assemble the upper floor levels, attaching the rooftop dispatch tower, revolving radar dish, and helipad platform.

5. Assemble each of the four modular vehicles: the police car, police motorcycle, helicopter with top rotor, and the red getaway tow truck.

6. Assemble the 5 mini-figures by joining legs, torsos, heads, and headgear, then equip them with the included accessories.

Mechanical and Play Controls
