Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Clean the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. The phone is not water-resistant; keep it dry and protect it from liquids, excessive dust, extreme temperatures, and strong magnetic fields. Turn the phone off when boarding aircraft and near fueling depots or combustible chemical environments.
A full factory reset can be performed through the internal operating system menu by selecting Settings > System > Reset phone. There is no manufacturer-documented hardware key recovery sequence for factory reset. Screen locks (PIN, pattern, or password) and SIM locks are user-defined; no default administrative credentials exist.
