Initial Setup and Power Operation

  1. Connect the power bank to a wall charger using the USB-C input port to charge the internal battery completely before initial use.

  2. Press the power button briefly to turn on the unit and check the current battery level via the blue LED indicators.

  3. Connect your external device to begin charging; if no load is detected, the power bank will shut off automatically after approximately 30 seconds.

Charging the Power Bank

The power bank supports three replenishment methods: primary AC wall charging, emergency solar charging, and manual hand-crank generation.

  • USB-C Wall Charging (Primary): Connect the USB-C port to a standard or QC 3.0 / PD wall adapter. Blue LED indicators flash during charging and turn solid blue once fully charged.

  • Solar Panel Recharging (Emergency): Place the solar panel under direct sunlight. A dedicated green LED illuminates to indicate active solar charging. Solar replenishment is intended strictly for emergency backup.

  • Hand Crank Generator (Emergency): Unfold the integrated crank handle and rotate it clockwise at a steady pace. Approximately 1 minute of continuous cranking generates enough power for roughly 5 minutes of emergency light.

Device Charging and Outputs

The power bank can charge up to 7 devices simultaneously utilizing its integrated cables, external ports, and wireless charging surface.

  • Built-in Cables: Includes two USB-C cables (one standard 5V/2A and one fast-charge up to 12V/1.5A), one Lightning cable (5V/2.4A), and one USB-A cable.

  • External Output Ports: Features one bidirectional 20W PD USB-C port and two standard USB-A output ports.

  • Qi Wireless Charging: Place Qi-compatible devices onto the designated top wireless surface. Output automatically adjusts to 5W, 7.5W, 10W, or 15W Max.

Flashlight and Camping Lantern Operation

  1. Dual LED Flashlight: Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to activate the steady beam.

  2. Flashlight Modes: With the flashlight active, short-press the button once to switch to SOS mode, and short-press again to activate strobe mode. Long-press to turn the flashlight off.

  3. Camping Lantern: Double-press the power button rapidly to turn on the side camping lantern. Short-press to cycle through brightness levels, and double-press again to power it off.

Safety Interlock Note: The dual front flashlight and the side camping lantern cannot be operated concurrently due to safety and thermal management limits.

Care, Safety, and Maintenance

  • Pass-Through Restriction: Do not connect external devices to charge while the power bank itself is recharging.

  • Water Resistance: The casing is IPX5 water-resistant when the silicone port flaps are securely closed. Do not submerge the unit in water or expose it to heavy downpours.

  • Temperature Limits: Operates between -20°C and 60°C (-4°F to 140°F), with optimal performance at -10°C to 40°C. Never expose the unit to heat exceeding 80°C (176°F) or leave it inside a vehicle exposed to direct sun.

  • Storage Maintenance: To preserve internal lithium-polymer cell longevity, fully recharge the unit at least once every 3 months during extended storage.

  • Damage Precaution: Immediately cease operation if any swelling, bulging, electrolyte leakage, or casing deformation is detected.
