Quick instructions
1. Turn on the device
Long press the side button of the device 5 seconds, the device starts up.
2. Bind device
- Open Apple’s built-in “Find My” app.
- Bring the device close to iPhone, tap the “Items” tab, select “Add Item”, tap “Other Supported Item”.
- Device with Locate tags icon, tap “Connect”
- Fill in “Custom Name” to name your device and select an emoji.
- Agree to register the device to your Apple ID.
- Tap “Done” to successfully bind.
3. Enable Lost Mode
- Open Apple’s built-in “Find My” app, tap “Items” at the bottom of the screen, and then tap the name of the item.
- Under “Lost Mode”, tap “Enable”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and tap “Continue” to enter a contact number or email address.
- After tapping “Next” to verify the information, tap “Enable” again to complete the setup.
4. Delete the device
- Open Apple’s built-in “Find My” app, tap “Items” at the bottom of the screen, and then tap the name of the item.
- Find “Remove Item” at the bottom of the list and tap “Remove” to complete the operation.
Note: After deleting the device, the device will emit a prompt sound, the device will not shut down, and it will be in pairing mode. If it is not re-paired within 10 minutes, the device will leave the pairing state, and the device and the app cannot be paired at this time. If you need to pair the device, you need to click the device button once, and the device will ring. At this time, the device enters the pairing state and can be re-paired with the app.
Main functions
- “Find My” network positioning
When the device and the phone are out of Bluetooth distance, the device cannot be linked in the “Find My”app. You can choose: Lost mode, select: Enable. Enter your contact number, etc. If the device is disconnected from your phone for more than a period of time, and there are other iPhone near the device, you can receive notifications and the latest location in your Find app. - Play sound
When the phone and device are within the Bluetooth range (usually about 20 meters), in the “Find My” app, click to play sound, and the device will play music to help you quickly find nearby items.
- Turn on the device
After installing the battery, press and hold the button for five seconds, the device will ring, and the device will turn on. - Confirm the device status
Double-click the device button twice, the device will ring, indicating that the device is working. If the device does not ring, it means that the device is in the off state. Press and hold the button for five seconds to turn it on. - The device re-enters the pairing state
After deleting the device, the device will emit a prompt sound, the device will not shut down, and it will be in pairing mode. If it is not re-paired within 10 minutes, the device will leave the pairing state, and the device and the app cannot be paired at this time. If you need to pair the device, you need to click the device button once, and the device will ring. At this time, the device enters the pairing state and can be re-paired with the app. - Restore factory settings
First, remove the device in the “Find My” app. Then after the device is turned on, double-click the device button, the device will ring, and immediately press and hold the device button for about eight seconds until the device emits a prompt sound, release the button, and the factory settings are restored. The device can be paired with a new account. - Shutdown
When the device is powered on, press the device button 5 times within 2 seconds, the device will emit a prompt tone and enter the shutdown state.
FAQ
1. When can the device be located by another Apple phone?
When the device is disconnected from the owner's iPhone for a period of time, the device can be located by other iPhone, and the owner can start to obtain the location of the device.
2. How to confirm whether the device is turned on?
Double-click the device button twice, and the device rings, indicating that the device is working. If the device does not ring, it means that the device is turned off. Please press and hold the button for five seconds to turn it on.
3. How to prevent the device from being used for malicious tracking?
When someone else's device is mixed with your belongings and tracks you for more than a period of time, you will be reminded in the following two ways: 1) If you have an Apple device such as iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you will get a reminder on your Apple device; this feature is available on Apple devices with iOS or iPadOS 14.5 and later. 2) If you don't have an Apple device, if someone else's Finder leaves its owner and tracks you for a period of time, it will play music when it moves to remind you. Of course, if it happens that your friends are carrying the device, or many people on the subway you take have this device, don't worry. Because as long as the device does not leave the owner, such a reminder will not be triggered.
4. How to protect my privacy?
Where your device is, only you can see it. Your location data and history will never be stored on Apple and Finder servers. The device that transmits your device location data also remains anonymous, and the location data is encrypted at every step of the search. Therefore, neither Apple nor Finder knows the location of your device or the identity of the device that helps find it.
5. How do I replace the battery in my device?

1) Press and hold Open the bottom case in the open direction. 2) Take out the old battery and insert a new button battery (standard battery, available in supermarkets) with the positive pole facing up. 3) Align the bottom cover buckle Tighten the device casing in the CLOSE direction, press and hold the device button for 5 seconds to turn it on.
Important Tips
When pairing the device with the “Find My”app, it needs to connect to the Apple server. If the pairing fails, it is usually because the network you are using cannot connect to the Apple server temporarily. The following operations are recommended:
- Change the mobile network, such as switching between WIFI and mobile network;
- Restore the device to factory settings: After the device is turned on, double-click the device button. The device rings. Immediately press and hold the device button for about 8 seconds until the device emits a prompt tone for the second time, then release the button. The factory settings are restored. (Note: After pressing and holding the device button for 2 seconds, the device will make a “beep, beep, beep” sound. Do not release it. Continue to press and hold the button until the device emits a music prompt tone for the second time, then release the button).
- Re-pair with the “Find My”app.
