- Before using the product, please read this manual very carefully and keep it for further reference.
- SX-HUB is a switch with 3 outputs for AlcaPower SX series battery chargers. Using this device, it is possible to connect and charge up to 3 batteries using one of the SX series chargers.

- Do not operate this charger if one or more parts are damaged. Failure to follow this warning could result in serious injury or death, or damage to the battery charger and other property.
- Do not use the charger to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. They could explode and cause serious damage to people, property, and the surrounding environment.
- Do not recharge a frozen or damaged battery
- Do not use this device if it appears to be damaged or faulty. Take it to the seller’s technical assistance service for inspection and/or repair.
- Never place this device on top of the battery being charged; the gases from the battery could corrode its parts, cause damage of various types and severities, or fire.
- Avoid shorting battery terminals. A lead-acid or LiFePO4 battery can produce a short-circuit current high enough to melt these metal objects, causing serious burns or other damage of varying nature and severity.
- Risk of explosion! A charging battery can emit explosive gases. Avoid smoking, creating sparks, or flames near the battery. Explosive and flammable substances, such as petrol or thinners, should not be kept near the charger or battery.
- Disconnect the charger from the mains before making or disconnecting connections to the battery.
- Pay attention to the polarity of the connections between the battery and the charger. The connec-tor to be fixed to the positive pole is the red one and cannot be connected to the negative pole.

- Charging should be stopped immediately if the battery feels too hot, leaks, or gives off a bad smell.
- In the event of malfunction or damage, immediately unplug the charger from the power outlet.
- Do not use the vehicle while charging the battery installed on board the vehicle, the engine must be kept off.
- While charging, the battery should be placed in a well-ventilated area.

SX-HUB SWITCHER OPERATION
- Connect the battery charger to the input of the SX-HUB.
- Connect one, two, or three batteries to the SX-HUB outputs using the appropriate cables with clips or eyelets (not supplied with the SX-HUB).
- Select the battery you want to charge by activating the corresponding output. To activate the desired output, press the “CHANNEL” button on the body of the SX-HUB until the LED relating to the desired output lights up.
- Activate the desired charging mode on the SX series charger connected to the SX-HUB input. Note: once the charging of the selected battery has finished, to activate the charging of another battery among those connected to the SX-HUB, repeat steps 3 and 4.
OPERATION USING THE APP
- SX-HUB switching HUB can be managed through the App on Apple iOS 8.0 or later systems and Android 4.4 or later systems.
- To install the App, search for “AP charger 2.0” in the App Store or Google Play.

- Select the charger you want to control through the App in the list of registered devices.
- Among the control functions of the battery charger, those for controlling the SX-HUB are also made available.
- The control modes of the SX-HUB are: charging time for each output, automatic activation of the outputs se-quentially or cyclically, charging mode of each output.
