3.3. Supported Frequency Bands

The router supports the following frequency bands, making it applicable to Europe, Africa, Asia, and various countries/regions including Russia, Israel, South Korea, Spain, Brazil, Ukraine, France, Italy, Netherlands, India, Nigeria, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Poland, Ghana, etc.

4. Enstriksyon Enstalasyon

4.1. Enstalasyon Kat SIM

  1. Locate the Micro SIM card slot on the side of the router.

  3. Insert a valid Micro SIM card into the slot with the chip facing downwards and the missing corner oriented inwards, as indicated by the diagram.
  4. Gently push until the SIM card clicks into place.

4.2. Koneksyon pouvwa

  1. Connect the provided Type-C power cable to the router's power interface.
  2. Plug the other end of the power cable into a suitable power adapter (5V-1A recommended).
  3. Once powered on, all LED lights will flash once, then the system will start up. Wait for the LED lights to display a normal status (refer to Section 5.1 for LED indicator meanings).

4.3. Initial WiFi Connection

  1. After the router powers on and initializes, search for available WiFi networks on your device (phone, computer, etc.).
  2. Connect to the WiFi network with the SSID: CLM920-XXXX (the exact SSID can be found on the nameplate at the bottom of the router).
  3. Enter the default WiFi Password: 12345678 (also found on the router's nameplate).

4.4. Accessing Router Configuration Page

  1. Ensure your device is connected to the router's WiFi or via an Ethernet cable to one of the LAN ports.

5.2. Web Management Interface Options

Once logged into the router's configuration page (192.168.1.1), you can access various settings:

  • Entènèt: Configure internet connection settings, view traffic statistics, manage PIN codes, manually select networks, set MEP, traffic settings, USSD.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your DBIT 4G BOX router, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Plasman: Place the device on a stable, horizontal surface.
  • Vantilasyon: Keep the router away from heat sources and ensure adequate ventilation to prevent overheating.
  • Anviwònman: Operate the device in a dust-free and dry environment.
  • Pwoteksyon Zeklè: During thunderstorms, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply and all connected cables to prevent damage from lightning strikes.

7.1. Invalid Network

Sentòm: Router indicates no network connection, or internet access is unavailable.

  1. Remove the SIM card, perform a router reset (long press the RESET button for >5 seconds), and power off the device.
  2. Reinsert a valid SIM card, ensuring it is correctly oriented and fully inserted. Verify the SIM card's validity and active data plan.
  3. Power on the router and wait for the system to recognize the SIM card and establish a connection. Reconnect to the router's WiFi.
  4. Log in to the router's IP management center (192.168.1.1) and manually lock the main working frequency band if necessary.
  5. Relocate the router to an area with better network signal reception.

7.2. PC Network Connection/Access Issues

Sentòm: The router appears to be functioning normally (dialing/logging in), but a connected PC cannot access the web management center or shows no internet connection (e.g., a globe/plug icon for network status).
