Postavljanje i prva upotreba

4. Napunite pumpu: Place a cup under the portafilter outlet (without coffee). Turn the rotary knob to the coffee symbol and press the coffee brewing button. Let water run through for about 30 seconds to prime the pump and rinse the system. Repeat for the steam wand by turning the knob to the steam symbol.

Upute za rad

Priprema espressa

1. Zagrijte: Turn on the machine using the ON/OFF button. Allow it to preheat for approximately 2-3 minutes until the indicator light is steady.
2. Pripremite portafilter: Insert the desired filter basket (single or double shot) into the portafilter. Fill with finely ground espresso coffee.

3. Tamp Kava: Koristite tamper to press the coffee grounds firmly and evenly. Wipe any excess coffee from the rim.

5. Kuhajte espresso: Place one or two preheated cups under the portafilter spouts. Press the coffee brewing button. The machine will dispense espresso. Press the button again to stop brewing when the desired amount is reached.

6. Uklonite portafilter: After brewing, carefully remove the portafilter by turning it to the left. Discard the used coffee grounds.

Frothing Milk for Cappuccino/Latte

1. Pripremite mlijeko: Fill a stainless steel frothing pitcher with cold milk (preferably whole milk) to about one-third full.
2. Aktivirajte Steam: Turn the rotary knob to the steam symbol. Wait for the steam indicator light to illuminate steadily.

4. Pjenasto mlijeko: Immerse the steam wand tip just below the surface of the milk. Open the steam valve slowly. Move the pitcher up and down to create foam. Once desired foam and temperature are reached, close the steam valve and remove the pitcher.

To dispense hot water, ensure the machine is heated. Place a cup under the steam wand. Turn the rotary knob to the hot water symbol. Hot water will dispense from the steam wand. Turn the knob back to the neutral position to stop.

Depending on water hardness and frequency of use, descaling should be performed every 2-3 months. Use a commercial descaling agent suitable for espresso machines and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Always rinse the machine thoroughly with fresh water after descaling.
