OPERATION INSTRUCTION

1. Please charge the host for 2 hours before use, make sure the probe is in the charging compartment of the host.
2. Please charge for 20 minutes before each use to ensure the probe can work for more than 16 hours.
3. When low battery power is detected, the master will send out an alarm.Please charge it in time.

Note:

• Insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat, making sure the probe gap in the top is completely covered by meat.
• At the same time, the tip of the probe is located inside the meat.

1. For better Bluetooth connection and without disconnect, we recommend the distance between the repeater and the probe should be better within 15m and the distance of the phone and repeater should be within 70m. Of course, under our strict test and comparison, it can support the probe and repeater at a max distance of 50m, the repeater and phone at the max distance of 135m in an open area.
2. NOTE: Do not put the repeater into the cooking equipment or high-temperature space.

CONNECT THE REPEATER TO THE PHONE

• After adding the device, click the icon to step into the cooking operation interface

• Click this interface to enter the temp preset interface.

• Enter the commonly used meats. Select the preset barbecue temperature, also can customize the barbecue temperature settings

MAIN COOKING INTERFACE

SETS TARGET TEMPERATURE

Step 1

• Remove the probe from the charger to turn it on.

Step 2

• Click the confirmation button to select the probe.
• The selected probe will display a white box.

Step 3

• Tap the Confirm button to enter the target temperature setting page.
• Touch the up and down buttons to select the target temperature. The selected temperature font is highlighted.

Step 4

• After selecting the target temperature, touch the confirmation button to save the current temperature as the target temperature and return to the working status page.
• After saving the target temperature, “Target: 168″flashes for 5 seconds to remind the user that the target temperature has been set.

Step 5

• BBQ completed
  • When the grilling is completed, the screen stays on, the corresponding probe grilling completion icon and “Cooking Done” flash, and the alarms sound. Touch the confirmation(or return) button to stop the alarm and return to the probe’s out-of-housing state. After 120 seconds of no operation, the alarm will automatically stop.

• On the target temperature setting page,short press the return button to exit the target temperature setting state without saving the current settings and return to the working state before setting.

Probe charging:

• After the probe is inserted into the repeater, the probe automatically shuts down and charges. The charging icon flashes and stops flashing when fully charged.

Repeater charging:

• Repeater Type-C charging interface input DC: 5V 1A, when charging, the repeater power icon flashes and stops flashing when it is fully charged.

Audible alarm:

The following events trigger an alarm:

1. The alarm will sound when the meat temperature reaches the set target temperature.
2. The repeater and probe are abnormally disconnected.

Stop alarm:

• After 120 seconds of no operation, the alarm will automatically stop; Touch to confirm (or return)button to stop the alarm and return to the probe’s out-of-warehouse state.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Warnings

1. PROBE PLUS is designed for use in meat(food).
2. The charger repeater is non-waterproof, do not immerse it in water or other liquids.
3. To avoid damage the probe, insert the probe in the meat and pass the Safety Notch in necessary.
4. PROBE PLUS probes are not diswasher safe.Please hand wash with soap and water before and after each use.
5. PROBE PLUS is water resistant, not fully waterproof, do not submerge in water for long periods of time.
6. Please take caution with pointed tip of the probe.
7. The probe will be very hot during or just after a cooking. Do not touch with bare hands.
8. Do not submerge the probe in cold water after cooking. Wait until it has cooled down prior to washing.
9. The maximum temperature of the probe is 212°F (100°C). The internal temperature above 212°F (100°C) may potentially damage the probe.
10. When cooking, ensure any part of the probe is not touching any HOT cooking surface.
11. PROBE PLUS product is not a toy, please keep it away from children.
12. When not in use, put the probe back into the repeater, and store the product in a dry and cool place.
