IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
ATTENTION: Please read all of the instructions carefully before using this product.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner to suck detergent, kerosene, glass slag, needles, soot, wet dust, water, sewage, matches, or similar items.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner to suck up small particles like cement, gypsum powder, wall powder, or large objects like toy paper balls, as this can cause blockages and motor burnout.
- Keep the vacuum cleaner away from fire sources and hot places.
- Ensure the filter assembly and ground brush are installed correctly when using the vacuum cleaner.
- Do not pour water or other liquids into the machine to prevent short circuits and damage.
- When using a new battery or the battery for the first time after long-term storage, fully charge it. If storing the machine for an extended period, charge and discharge it at least once every three months.
- When the vacuum cleaner is fully charged and requires cleaning or maintenance, unplug the power adapter promptly. Do not pull the power adapter cord.
- Clean the vacuum cleaner with a dry cloth. Avoid using gasoline, banana water, or other cleaners that may crack or fade the shell.
- Do not use or store the vacuum cleaner in high or low temperatures. It is recommended for indoor use at ambient temperatures between 0-40°C, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Do not allow children to use or play with this machine.
- If the machine is fully charged but cannot work, it must be tested and repaired at a designated maintenance point. Do not disassemble the machine without authorization.
- Before discarding the appliance, remove the battery. Ensure the appliance is powered off when removing the battery.
- Discarded battery packs should be recycled and disposed of safely; do not discard them randomly.
- If the power adapter cord is damaged, replace it at the manufacturer's local maintenance department or a similar authorized service center to avoid danger.

2. Charging
Turn off the power before charging.
- Fully charge the battery before first use.
- Charge and discharge the battery at least once every three months for maintenance.
- Use only the included charger to avoid damaging the battery.
Charging Methods:
- Connect the main body to charge: Connect the charger to the main unit.
- Hang on the wall mount to charge: Mount the unit on the wall mount and connect the charger.
- Charge the battery directly: Remove the battery and charge it separately.
Battery Indicator Light:
- Green light flashing: Charging
- Solid green light: Fully Charged
Note: Prolonged use at maximum suction may cause the battery to overheat, temporarily preventing charging. Charging will resume automatically after the battery cools down.
Display Indicators:
- Battery Display: Shows the remaining battery percentage.
- Suction Level Display: Indicates the current suction mode (ECO, MID, MAX).
- Brush Blocked Prompt: Alerts when the brush roller is obstructed.
- Dust Cup or Air Clogging Indicator: Notifies if the dust cup is full or there's a blockage.
- Touch to Adjust Speed: Tap the button to cycle through suction modes (starts at MID).
3. Assembling
- Install the Battery Pack: Slide the battery into its designated slot until it clicks.
- Install Wall Mount: Secure the wall mount to the wall using the provided screws and expansion tubes.
- Aromatherapy Tablet Replacement: Open the compartment, replace the tablet, and close securely.
- Assembling Cleaning Accessories: Attach the desired accessory (crevice nozzle, mattress brush, etc.) to the main unit or telescopic tube by aligning the connectors and pushing until they click.
4. Operating
Power Button
Press the switch button once to turn the vacuum on, and press again to turn it off. The power does not need to be held down.
Select Cleaning Mode
The vacuum cleaner has three modes: ECO, MID, and MAX.
- The vacuum starts in MID mode by default.
- Touch the adjustment button [⚙️] to cycle through the modes in the sequence: ECO -> MID -> MAX.
Abnormal Indicator
The display panel shows various error codes and indicators:
- Low Battery Warning: When the battery level is below 10%, the battery indicator flashes red. Charge the vacuum as soon as possible.
- Rolling Error Report: If the brush roller is blocked, the LED light on the motorized brush will turn off, and the red brush roller indicator light will flash. Turn off the vacuum cleaner and clean the brush roller.
- E0 Error Code: Indicates a malfunction in the main unit. The code 'E0' appears for 10 seconds. Solution: Contact customer service for assistance.
- E1 Error Code: Indicates a main unit malfunction or that the ambient temperature is too low. The code 'E1' appears for 10 seconds. Solution: Use at temperatures above -17°C or contact customer service.
- E2 Error Code: Indicates a vacuum cleaner main unit malfunction. The code 'E2' appears for 10 seconds. Solution: Replace the main unit.
- E3 Error Code: Indicates improper use of the charger. The code 'E3' appears for 10 seconds. Solution: Use the original charger (26V).
- E4 Error Code: Indicates a vacuum cleaner main unit malfunction. The code 'E4' appears for 10 seconds. Solution: Replace the main unit.
- E5 Error Code: Indicates the battery/motor temperature is too high. The code 'E5' appears for 10 seconds. Solution: Empty the dust cup and wait one hour before using again.
- E6 Error Code: Indicates excessive debris in the dustbin, or a blockage in the telescopic rod or floor brush hose. The red dustbin full indicator light flashes, and the code 'E6' displays for 10 seconds. Solution: Clean the dustbin, telescopic rod, and floor brush.
- E7 Error Code: Indicates the adapter is using the wrong current or is damaged. The code 'E7' appears for 10 seconds. Solution: Use the original charger (26V/900mA).
- E8 Error Code: Indicates the floor brush is short-circuited. The code 'E8' appears for 10 seconds. Solution: Troubleshoot by testing components individually (main unit, extendable rod, floor brush) and replace faulty parts as needed.
5. Cleaning
Clean the Main Body
- Turn off the power before cleaning.
- Wipe the body with a half-damp cloth and a mild detergent.
- Avoid sun exposure and store in a cool, dry place.
Empty the Dust Cup
- Press the dust empty button to release the dust.
- Empty the dust cup when the debris level exceeds the MAX line.
Cleaning the Dust Cup Filter
- For optimal performance, empty and clean the dust cup filter after each use.
- Remove the dust cup by pressing the release buttons on both sides.
- Rotate and pull out the dust cup filter.
- Rinse the filter in cold water.
Note: The filter can be cleaned with or without water. Ensure the filter is completely dry before reinserting.
Clean the Brush Roller
- Remove the brush roller.
- Use the brush side to clean the metal mesh and inlet filter.
- Use the knife side to remove tangled hair from the roller.
- Reinstall the brush roller.

6. Maintenance
- Regularly clean your vacuum cleaner to extend its lifespan.
- Clean the floor brush regularly for effective use and to maintain suction power.
- It is recommended to change the HEPA filter every 2 months for optimal performance. Do not use a damaged or worn-out filter.
- Only use the original charger provided with the machine.
