Welcome to Dragon Touch!
The Dragon Touch digital frame is designed to collect & display thousands of your photos privately and safely. It's easy to get connected with all your loved ones around the world. This manual will provide details you need to set up your frame, invite families and friends to share photos with your new Dragon Touch frame. Let's get started!

Frame Features
The frame includes the following components:
- 1. 10.1" IPS Touch Screen:
- The primary display for viewing photos and interacting with the frame.
- 2. Speakers:
- Integrated speakers for audio playback.
- 3. Wall Mount Hole:
- An opening on the back for mounting the frame on a wall.
- 4. Power Button:
- The button to turn the frame on or off.
- 5. Stand Port:
- A port on the back to attach the stand.
- 6. Stand:
- A detachable stand for placing the frame on a surface.
- 7. Memory Card Slot:
- A slot for inserting SD or TF memory cards.
- 8. 3.5mm Headphone Jack:
- A port for connecting headphones.
- 9. USB-A Port:
- A standard USB port for connecting USB drives.
- 10. Mini USB Port:
- A mini USB port, likely for service or specific connections.
- 11. DC Power Port:
- The port for connecting the power adapter.
Getting Started
- Install the stand: Insert the bracket into the bracket hole on the back of the frame. You can place the frame either in landscape or portrait orientation (landscape is recommended for the first setup). You can also mount the frame on the wall using the Wall Mount Hole on the back.
- Power on: Connect the Power Cable to your frame and plug the Power Adapter into the wall socket. The frame will power on within seconds.
- Plug in your frame: Connect the power socket to the back of the photo frame and then plug the Power Adapter into a power source. The frame will power on in seconds. You can place the frame in either landscape or portrait mode (landscape is recommended for the first setup).
- Initial Settings: Upon first use, you will go through several initial settings including Language, Wifi, Nickname, City, and Timezone.
- Connect to Wifi: You can connect to Wifi during the initial settings or later via the Wifi setting. Tap the Settings icon, navigate to Wifi, and tap to connect. Select your desired Wifi network and enter the password. If your network is not listed, move the frame closer to your router, wait a few seconds, and check again.
- Note: The photo frame supports 2.4GHz Wifi networks. A private Wifi network is highly recommended.
Uploading Photos and Videos to the Frame
1. Upload Photos and Videos Via VPHOTO App
1.1 Download the Vphoto App: Please download and install the Vphoto app on your mobile device by searching for "Vphoto" in the App Store or Google Play, or by scanning the QR codes provided.

1.2 Create an Account: Open the Vphoto app, then set your user name and profile photo.
1.3 Pair Your Frame with the App: After completing the account setup, you will need to enter the connection code or scan the QR code of your frame. Once the connection code is entered, a "Bind success" message will appear, indicating your account is successfully linked to your frame.
- Note: The Connection code is a unique 9-digit serial number found in your frame's settings under "My Frame".
- The Connection code and QR code refresh every 12 hours.
- To view the connection code and QR code, your frame must be connected to Wifi.
1.4 Upload Photos and Videos to Your Frame: After pairing, you can add photos and videos in two ways:
- Upload from your phone's album: Select photos or videos from your phone's album, tap "Next" to choose the frame, and then tap the arrow icon in the upper right corner to send. Your photos or videos will be successfully uploaded.
- Warm tip: You can add captions to photos before uploading by tapping on the photo. Titles cannot be modified after uploading.
- Upload new photos or videos: Tap the camera icon to take new photos or videos, choose the frame to send them to, and tap the arrow icon in the upper right corner to confirm. The frame will receive them shortly, and you can check them in the photo or video library.
- Note: If photos/videos are not received, reboot the product or check the Wifi network.
- Each video clip is limited to 200MB.
- Videos can only be uploaded individually.
1.5 Invite Your Families & Friends to Connect to Your Frame: Your families and friends can share moments by following these steps:
- Download and install the Vphoto app.
- Open the app and set your user name and profile photo.
- Obtain your connection code to connect their frame. Ensure the code is valid.
- Start sending photos and videos to your frame.
Ways to share your connection code:
- Take a screenshot of the connection code and share it.
- Open your Vphoto App, tap the icon in the upper left corner, select "Connected Frame" from the menu, choose the frame, tap the Share icon. You will receive a picture of the QR code and Connection code to send to your families or friends.
2. Upload Photos and Videos Via Email
You and your friends can send photos and videos to the frame via Email.
2.1 Connect Your Email Address to the Frame: On the settings screen, tap the "+" in "User Management" to add mailboxes. You or your friends will receive an email confirming the binding request and instructions for sending photos and videos.
2.2 Upload Photos and Videos to Your Frame: After adding your email address, you can email photos and videos to the frame's mailbox. They will be received within minutes and can be checked in the frame's photo or video library. Each video clip is limited to 200MB.
3. Upload Photos and Videos Via USB Drive/SD Card
The frame supports adding photos and videos via external drives like USB drives and SD Cards.
- Insert a USB drive or SD card into the frame. The frame will notify you upon successful connection.
- Enter the Photo or Video library, tap USB or SD Card, and view the stored content.
- Tap the "More" icon in the upper right corner, select the photos or videos to copy, then tap the "Copy" icon and "OK" to import them to the internal memory.
- Your photos or videos will be saved in Internal Storage within seconds.
Note:
- Maximum support is a 32GB SD Card.
- Remove all external devices before resetting the photo frame.
- Too many files on a card may increase reading time.
- Not all models support external drives; please check your specific model.
- USB drives or SD Cards support the FAT32 format only.
4. Upload Music Via USB Drive/SD Card
The frame also supports uploading music via external drives such as USB drives and SD cards.
- Insert a USB drive or SD card into the frame. The frame will notify you upon successful connection.
- Enter the Music library, tap USB or SD card, and view the stored music.
- Tap the "More" icon in the upper right corner, select the music to copy, then tap the "Copy" icon and "OK" to import the music to the internal memory.
- Your music will be reserved in Internal Storage within seconds and can be checked on the frame's music library.
Key Features
1. Picture Slideshow
Tap any photos in the upper left corner on the Homepage to enter the photo library. You can find options like All, Internal Storage, TF Card, USB, Folder, Favorites, and user list. You can check all photos of each playlist and operate in batch.
- "All" includes photos in internal storage and external devices. The default playlist is "All". You can also choose photos from Internal Storage to start a slideshow.
- "Internal Storage" includes photos sent from the app, email, or copied from external devices.
- "TF Card" / "USB" shows photos in external drives. To add pictures to "Internal Storage" from "TF Card" / "USB", tap the "..." icon in the upper right corner, select the photos, then tap "[copy icon]" and "OK" to confirm.
- "Folder" allows you to create and name folders. Only pictures in "Internal Storage" can be added to folders.
Note:
- Only pictures in "Internal Storage" can be added into folders and to Favorites.
- To delete pictures, it is recommended to operate within "Internal Storage" instead of "ALL" to avoid accidentally deleting files from "USB" or "TF Card".
- Not all models support external drive.
During the slideshow, you can customize it by touching the screen. An operation column will appear at the bottom with options like: Rotate, Full screen display, Pause, Delete, Zoom in, Setting, Information, Add to favorites, Split screen display. You can tap "[heart icon]" to add pictures to your "Favorites" and set multi-display. You can also adjust the slideshow transition effect and interval, or pause the slideshow to keep showing the current photo.
2. Video Slideshow
Tap "Video" on the Homepage to enter the video library, then select the video you want to play.
Note: Video clips shared from the app and email will appear in the video library.
Multiple Functions
- Music: Tap "Music" on the Homepage to enter the music library and select music to play.
- Weather Forecast: Choose "Weather" on the homepage to check the weather for three days. Both Celsius [°C] and Fahrenheit [°F] are available. You can switch between temperature formats. Tap "+" in the upper left corner to add cities and view their weather.
- Clock: Choose "Clock" to select a clock skin to display the time. Steps: After entering the clock interface, double-click the screen.
- Alarm: Choose "Alarm" to set up alarm clocks. Tap "Add" to add a new alarm clock and "Edit" to adjust the set time or delete an existing alarm.
General Settings
- [My Frame]: Shows your frame connection code and user management.
- The Connection code and QR code refresh every 12 hours. You can also refresh them manually by tapping "[refresh icon]".
- To nickname your frame, tap the frame name in the upper right corner to edit it. The nickname will appear on the app after connection.
- To send photos and videos via email, tap "+" at "User Management" to add an email address. Refer to "Upload Photos or Videos Via Email" for details.
- "Users" allows you to manage connected accounts. Tap an account name to view photos, remark names, delete users, or delete both users and photos.
- [Album Settings]:
- Motion Sensor: The motion sensor automatically turns off the screen when no motion is detected to save energy.
- Brightness: Adjust the brightness of the screen.
- Sound: Adjust the media volume.
- Touch Sounds: Enable or disable sounds when touching the screen.
- Assistive Touch: When enabled, assistive touch appears on the screen as a quick navigation key to go to Homepage and adjust volume.
- Language: Set the system language. Available languages include English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, русский, 日本語, 简体中文.
- Slideshow: Set the slideshow time to automatically display photos after a period of inactivity (e.g., 5 seconds).
- Slideshow Mode: Choose between Sequential or Random mode for displaying photos.
- Sort by: Choose to sort pictures by time or name.
- Caption: When enabled, captions you write will be displayed on the photo.
- Date and Time: Set the date and time according to your preference, including selecting a time zone and using network-provided time.
- Sleep: Set the Auto-On/Off time for the display to turn on and off at a specific time.
- Auto-rotate Screen: When enabled, the frame will automatically adjust the picture orientation when placed in portrait or landscape mode.
- Notification Sounds: Choose whether to receive notifications for new messages with sound.
- [Wifi]: Select the Wifi network you want your frame to connect to.
- [Factory data reset]: To reset your frame, tap "Factory data reset". You have two options:
- 1) "Delete all users and restore the device to inactive": This resets device files and unbinds all users.
- 2) If you do not choose the first option, only device files will revert to default settings, and bound users will remain.
- [Help]: Provides a simple guide for sharing your pictures.
- [About]: Tap "About" to check your frame's version, frame ID, serial number, etc. The frame version is helpful for troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting
- 1. Does the frame have to be plugged in all the time? This frame needs to be plugged into a DC outlet continuously.
- 2. Why can't this frame connect to Wifi? Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wifi network and have entered the password correctly. If your network is not listed, restart the frame or move it closer to your router, then check again.
- 3. Does this frame need to connect to Wifi to work or just in the setup process? Wifi is needed for setup, receiving new photos/videos, user requests, and software updates. The frame can play photos or videos without a Wifi connection for other functions.
- 4. Why is there no sound from the frame? Check if the volume is turned down to 0 or if the player is in Mute mode.
- 5. Can I share photos and videos to the frame? Yes, you can share both photos and videos (up to 200MB each) to the frame.
- 6. Can I cycle pictures and videos together? You can only play photos or videos separately.
- 7. Can this frame automatically turn on/off at a specific time? Yes, go to the Sleep setting to configure the auto on/off time.
- 8. Why are there no files after sharing videos or pictures to cloud server? Please check if the upload process was completed successfully.
- 9. Why can't this frame play the file? Confirm that the file format is compatible with the frame.
- 10. Can I change the image transitions and display speed? Yes, the speed can be adjusted in the bottom column while the picture is displaying.
