Satechi USB4 Multiport Adapter
This guide provides instructions on how to use the Satechi USB4 Multiport Adapter.
Step 1: Connect to Your Device
Connect the adapter to a USB-C port on your device.

Step 2: Connect to a Display
Use the HDMI port to output 4K HDMI to an external monitor or display, up to 60Hz. Your computer, cable, and monitor need to support 8K. macOS supports up to 4K at 60Hz.

Step 3: Charge Your Device
Use the USB-C PD port to charge your device up to 100W. Approximately 15W is used for the adapter's operation. The USB-C charging port does not support video or data transfer.

Step 4: Connect USB Devices
Use the USB-A data ports to connect USB devices. The adapter features two USB 3.2 ports, each supporting data up to 10 Gbps, and one USB 2.0 port. These ports do not support charging or CD readers, including Apple SuperDrive.

Step 5: Connect to Network
Connect an RJ45 network cable to the adapter's Gigabit Ethernet port.

Step 6: Use Card Readers
Insert microSD or SD cards into the card reader slots. The adapter supports SD/SDHC/SDXC, SD3.0 UHS-1, with speeds up to 104MB/S. Capacity is up to 2TB for synchronous use.
