Intended Use
The Bosch Smart Kitchen Dock (Type RXSDBC) is an intelligent speaker designed for private smart home control. It is an always-on device intended for indoor use only, operating within a temperature range of 0°C to 35°C and at altitudes up to 4000 meters above sea level. Avoid using the device in bathrooms, swimming pool areas, or areas with high humidity. For optimal sensor performance, ensure no objects are placed in front of the device. The device may move during loud music playback, so ensure it is placed stably. Do not place your tablet or smartphone outside the holding cavity of the Smart Kitchen Dock to prevent it from slipping out. Place your tablet horizontally in the holding cavity.
Safety Instructions
- Do not allow children to play with the device. Do not place the device where it could fall on a child.
- Risk of suffocation: Do not allow children to play with packaging material.
- Use only the approved power adapter (FC024A01-120020E) and in accordance with the rating plate specifications. Use only if the power cord and device show no signs of damage. Repairs, such as replacing a damaged cable, must only be carried out by customer service personnel to avoid potential hazards.
- Do not place the device on or near hot surfaces, e.g., hobs. The power cord must not come into contact with hot parts or be pulled across sharp edges.
- Do not connect or disconnect the power adapter with wet hands.
- Do not expose the device to water spray or immerse it under water.
- This product contains magnets. Maintain a distance of at least 5 cm between this device and electronic medical implants.
Ingress Protection and Cleaning
The device (but not the power adapter) is IP43 certified and is not waterproof. To avoid scratching, use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use cleaning agents.
