Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Mounting Components
Attach components using the following hardware:
- 2 x M6x25 screws
- 2 x M6x30 screws
- 2 x unspecified components
Ensure a 12mm and 10mm clearance as indicated in the diagram.

Step 2: Throttle Wire Connection
Connect the throttle wire and sheath as shown in the diagram. This involves two '1st' components.

Step 3: Exhaust Reflector Installation
Mount the exhaust reflector on the exhaust pipe using 4 x RXS 4.2x9.5 screws.

Step 4: Further Component Mounting
Mount additional components using:
- 4 x M10x40 screws
- 4 x M10 screws
- 4 x M10 screws

Step 5: Pulley and Housing Installation
Install the pulley and housing using the following hardware:
- 1 x M8x24x2 screw
- 1 x SRKB 12.5x35x2 screw
- 4 x unspecified components
- 1 x 03-02053 component

Step 6: Throttle Wire Assembly Preparation
Begin the throttle wire assembly by removing the airbox filter and the lower part of the airbox.

Step 7: Throttle Cable Attachment
Attach the throttle cable in the bracket (1). Connect the end of the cable to the throttle control (2). Then, untighten the nut holding the throttle control (3) to ensure the throttle can return easily.

Step 8: Voltage Regulator and Battery Connection
Mount the voltage regulator onto the battery box (1). Connect the red cable with the fuse holder to the solenoid (2). Connect the cable between the positive terminal of the battery and the solenoid (3). Finally, connect the cable between the negative terminal of the battery and the engine chassis (4).
- Hardware used: 2 x M6x25 screws, 2 x M6 screws

Step 9: Safety Switch Connection
Connect the safety switch. The connector must be attached to the divisible connector in the cable kit (1). Couple the joint piece and connect the switch. Then, couple the ring cable lug to the motor chassis (2).
Safety Switch Wiring Diagram
The wiring diagram illustrates the connections for the safety switch. Key components include the safety switch itself (Elesa CFSQ, 60-SH-6-FAS-2), a joint coupling, and connections for 'Ignition off' and 'Ignition off' states, with color-coded wires (Blue, Grey, Black).
