Application Notes
- Initial Setup: Connect the solar panel cable to the luminaire to activate it with the factory default 'Auto' working mode. Then, use the remote control functions.
- Sleep Mode: To enter sleep mode for storage, press the 'OFF' key. Wake up the luminaire by pressing the 'Auto' or 'ON' key.
- LED Indicator: A solid green light indicates charging. A flashing green light indicates low battery capacity (<30%).
- Solar Panel Installation: Install the solar panel on an open roof or wall facing the sun. The tilt angle can be adjusted. Ensure no light source is positioned above the solar panel at night, as it may interfere with the solar flood light's operation.
- Initial Charging: Charge the product under sunlight for 8 hours before first use.
- Mode Setting: After installation, operating modes can be set using the infrared remote controller.
- Power Source: This product operates 100% on solar energy and requires no external electrical connections.
- Detection: Dusk/dawn detection is based on the light intensity falling on the solar panel.
- Temperature Impact: Battery backup performance may be reduced if the ambient temperature is below 0°C.
- Low Battery Operation: When battery capacity is below 30%, the light output will dim to 15% to extend operating time.
- Storage: Products can be stored for up to 6 months. For longer storage, recharge the product in bright daylight to maintain battery performance.
- Lighting Profile: The lighting profile operates from dusk to dawn (maximum 12 hours) and is applicable for 3H/5H/8H working modes.
- Usage: The operating position is universal, and the product is suitable for outdoor use.
- Non-Replaceable Parts: The light source, control gear, and external flexible cable are not replaceable. If damaged, the entire luminaire must be replaced.
- Disposal: Users should follow local regulations for the disposal, separation, and collection of electrical and electronic products and packaging. Do not dispose of old products and packaging with normal household waste. Proper disposal helps prevent potential negative environmental and health consequences. Batteries must be disposed of separately via designated collection facilities. Non-user replaceable batteries should be removed by a professional.
Remote Control Functions
- Auto (Wake up): Luminaire lights from dusk to dawn (max 12 hours) according to the default lighting profile.
- 3H: Luminaire lights for 3 hours, then turns off.
- 5H: Luminaire lights for 5 hours, then turns off.
- 8H: Luminaire lights for 8 hours, then turns off.
- On/OFF (Indoor Use): Turns the luminaire ON/OFF using the remote control, with 100% light output.
- Dim Down: Reduces light output from 100% to 10%, in 10% steps. (Note: The luminaire will exit dim mode after 2 hours if in 'Auto' mode).
- Dim Up: Increases light output from 10% to 100%, in 10% steps.
Lighting Profile
