Device Interface
The MSP 325N features the following ports:
Front View:
- 1. Power Switch: Push left to turn OFF, push right to turn ON.
- 2. Power Port: Connect DC power plug (12V/2A or above).
- 3. Line In: 3.5mm analog audio signal input port for connecting microphones.
- 4. HDMI Loop Out: Loops out the connected HDMI IN signal.
- 5. HDMI Input: Connect HD cameras, computers, etc.
- 6. USB Port: Connect USB drives, external HDDs, or hubs for data storage/transfer.
- 7. 1000M Ethernet Port: For network live streaming, supports PoE power supply.
- 8. HDMI Output: Connect monitors to view main picture switching.
- 9. USB-C: Connect external UVC cameras.

Applications
The MSP 325N can be used in various scenarios:
City 1: Multi-platform Streaming
This setup demonstrates streaming to multiple platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram via TAO Cloud, using NDI cameras, USB cameras, and microphones as sources.

City 2: Professional Video Streaming

Notes:
- ⚠️ Please use the standard power adapter equipped in the package. Unqualified power adapters may damage the device.
- ⚠️ Ensure the camera is connected to the HDMI IN connector.
- For real-time preview, connect the MSP 325N to your monitor via HDMI OUT.
Login to the device management page
The MSP 325N's management page is accessed via its IP address. Setup steps:
- Power on the MSP 325N and connect it to the router via Ethernet.
- Connect the device's HDMI OUT port to a display using an HDMI cable. The IP assigned by the router will appear on-screen (e.g., ETH: 192.168.123.192). Use the actual router-assigned IP.
- Open a browser and enter the IP address to access the web management page. The default username and password are:
- Username: admin
- Password: admin
⚠️ Note: To ensure your information security, it is recommended to change your password after the first login.
Video input checking
After connecting a video source, you can preview the video in real-time through the web browser. The video preview window defaults to "image" mode and refreshes every 3 seconds. If your computer has good CPU performance, you can switch to "video" mode for smoother preview.
The interface shows options to switch between 'Image' and 'Video' preview modes, with details like resolution, codec, and audio settings displayed.
Streaming service
To add a stream service, click the '+' icon on the right side of the stream service section in the MSP 325N Web UI. Use RTSP protocol as an example:
The interface displays a list of stream servers with status, name, and operation options. Users can add new services by clicking the '+' icon.
Select RTSP, fill in the name, service port, and session ID. Other parameters can remain at their default configuration. Click "OK".
The form includes fields for Stream Type (RTSP), Name, Service Port, Session ID, Tunnel Port, Multicast settings, TTL, Audio Port, and Video Port.
⚠️ Notes:
- The default RTSP port is 554. When adding multiple RTSP services, use different port numbers.
- Session ID can be any combination of numbers, letters, and symbols.
After saving configurations, the stream service will appear in the list. Click the switch to start the stream service, which will provide an RTSP stream address.
Displays the stream service address, e.g., rtsp://192.168.4.222:554/ch01. An icon allows copying the address.
Download VLC tool
Download and install the VLC tool from the official website: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/. Follow the official VLC instructions for download and installation.
VLC is a free and open-source multimedia player and framework that supports most streaming media protocols.
To start streaming, open VLC, navigate to "Open Network Stream", enter the RTSP URL address, and click play.

Restore factory settings
If the device is not working correctly after parameter modifications or if the IP configuration is lost, restore the device to factory settings.
Two methods for restoring factory settings:
- If you can log in to the web page, navigate to "Settings" > "System settings" > "Restore factory settings".
- If you cannot log in to the web page, press and hold the RESET button on the bottom of the device for 5 seconds.
⚠️ Note: After restoring factory settings, the following parameters will revert to their default values:
- Login username and password: "admin"
- IP address: 192.168.5.100, subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
- All video and audio encoding parameters
Note
To prolong the device's lifespan, unplug the power and store it properly if you do not use it for an extended period.
