The frames are slightly different to be tailored for respective size, which can be seen in the product pictures. BLB10 is suitable if you are looking for a narrower fit, with the size 55-17-145 and a total width of 141 mm/ 5.55 inches. To be sure this is a good fit, you can measure and compare the width with another pair you have at home.
