Control Panel

1	Colored LCD display
2	HOME/MEMORY /Back knob Twist this knob to select a memory from 00-99. Press the knob to return to Settings. Press and hold the knob to return to Home from all settings.
3	PARA/Confirm knob Twist this knob to change settings or adjust parameters. Press the knob to enter a setting or confirm a setting.
4	TRACK 1 knob Twist this knob to adjust the volume level of Track 1.
5	TRACK 2 knob Twist this knob to adjust the volume level of Track 2.
6	DRUM 1 knob Twist this knob to adjust the volume level of Drum 1.
7	DRUM 2 knob Twist this knob to adjust the volume level of Drum 2.
8	MIC LEVEL knob Twist this knob to adjust the gain of your microphone input.
9	MASTER knob Twist this knob to adjust the master volume.
10	SYNC/SPLIT button Press this button to choose between SYNC mode and SPLIT mode. SYNC mode: The Dual Loop Stereo supports two individual loopers. When you select SYNC mode for recording, you can record two tracks separately and play both tracks together at the same time. In this mode, you can set DRUM 1 to play along with the tracks. SPLIT mode: The Dual Loop Stereo supports two individual loopers. When you select SPLIT mode for recording, you can record two tracks separately and play track 1 and track 2 one by one. In this mode, you can set DRUM 1 to play along with track 1 and DRUM 2 to play along with track 2. The SPLIT mode is very useful if you want to play a song with A/B parts that have different phrasing and drum settings.
11	DRUM/STYLE button Press this button to turn on/off the drum. Press and hold this button to set up the drum style.
12	TAP TEMPO button Press this button multiple times to set the tempo value by tapping. Press and hold this button to enter the tempo value setting.
13	SAVE/DEL button Press this to save your recording data to memory. Press and hold this button to delete a memory.
14	Footswitch 1 This footswitch has different functions when Loop mode is set to SYNC/SPLIT mode. SYNC mode: You can handle the recordings of Track 1 or Track 2 with this footswitch. Click this footswitch to start recording/playing/dubbing. Double-click this footswitch to stop playing. Hold this footswitch to redo/undo your recording. SPLIT mode: You can handle the recording of Track 1 with this footswitch. Click this footswitch to start recording/playing/dubbing. Double-click this footswitch to stop playing. Hold this footswitch to redo/undo your recording.
15	Footswitch 2 This footswitch features a different function when the Loop mode is set to SYNC/SPLIT mode. SYNC mode: You can select Track 1 or Track 2 by pressing this footswitch.SPLIT mode: You can handle the recording of Track 1 with this footswitch. Click this footswitch to start to record/play/dub. Double-click this footswitch to stop playback. Hold this footswitch to redo or undo your recording.
16	Footswitch 3 (CTRL) Click this footswitch to stop playing the loop or drum. When the loops are stopped, hold this footswitch to clear the data of both Track 1 and Track 2. * You can configure the function of the CTRL in the Global settings.

11/0 Jacks 

17	MIC/INPUT 1 Connect your microphone or guitar to this input jack.
18	+48V Toggle Switch When using a condenser microphone, you can activate the +48V phantom power using this toggle switch. Warning! Please do not activate the phantom power if you are not using a condenser microphone. Doing so may damage your equipment if it is not compatible with a phantom power.
19	INST/INPUT 2 Connect your guitar or instrument to this input jack.
20	OUTPUT L (Mono) Connect to an amplifier or a mixer with the OUTPUT jack.
21	OUTPUT R Connect to an amplifier or a mixer with the OUTPUT jack.
22	AUX IN Connect your audio equipment to this jack.
23	PHONES Connect your earphones to this jack.
24	MIDI IN Connect your MIDI device to this jack to input MIDI signals.
25	MIDI OUT Connect your MIDI device to this jack to output MIDI signals.
26	EXP Jack You can connect an NMP-2 Dual Footswitch to this jack to enable extra control of this product. You can set up the control in the Global Settings as outlined below.You can also connect an expression pedal to this jack to control the volume setting of this product. You can setup the volume control in Global Setting as below.
27	DC IN jack Connect the NUX ACD-006 adapter (9V 500mA) to power on this product.

Connections

How to use

1. Plug in and power on the pedal.
2. Twist the MEMORY knob to select an empty memory from 01 – 99. Press the SYNC/SPLIT button to select a loop mode.Then, you can press the footswitch 1 to record/play/dub your phrases. You can also hold the footswitch to UNDO/REDO/CLEAR your phrases. Notes:
   SYNC mode: you can press the footswitch 1 to record/play/dub, and press the footswitch 2 to switch to work on Track 1 or Track 2.SPLIT mode: you can press the footswitch 1 to record/play/dub on Track 1, and press the footswitch 2 to record/play/dub on Track 2.
3. Press the DRUM/STYLE button to turn ON/OFF the rhythm. And you can hold this button to select the best drum kit for your phrases.
4. Press the SAVE button to save the phrases. Enjoy!

Import playbacks
You can connect the DUAL LOOP STEREO to your computer and import playbacks.

Notes:

1. The DUAL LOOP STEREO only supports 44.1 kHz/32 bits Stereo floating WAV format, please download and utilize NuxFormatConverter to convert your backing track to the correct file format. Please go to the Softwares section on this page for download.
2. Please set the USB mode at “IMPORT/EXPORT WAV FILES”.

USB audio stream
You can connect the DUAL LOOP STEREO to your computer to record the loop, drum, and any sound from your guitar & mic.
Notes:
Please set the USB mode at “USB AUDIO STREAM”.

Customize your own Boot-up picture
The DUAL LOOP STEREO allows users to customize their own boot-up picture with a GIF.

1. Please set the USB mode at “IMPORT/EXPORT WAV FILES”, and then connect the DUAL LOOP STEREO to your computer, and download a GIF picture to the folder: NUX LOOPER > NML-3DLS> GIF. (Requirement for the Customized GIF: 960*376 pixels, Max size 2M)
   Notes: You need to delete the original GIF file in the folder before you put any new GIF file into the folder.
2. Disconnect and reboot the DUAL LOOP STEREO, and then enter to the DISPLAY setting and set the BOOT-UP PICTURE option to USER.
3. Reboot the DUAL LOOP STEREO again. Enjoy your own customized GIF interface!
